Abstract
In the paper the model of integrated accelerometer is presented. Obtained in an analytical form solution of the differential equation describing this model. Подано моделі інтегрованого акселерометра. Отримано в аналітичному вигляді рішення диференціального рівняння, що описує цю модель.
