| dc.description.abstract | Здійснено пошук шляхів підвищення конкурентоспроможності річкових портів України. З цією метою досліджено кон’юнктуру в галузі річкових вантажних перевезень та конкурентних сил у ній на основі аналізу п’яти сил конкуренції за М. Портером. Ідентифіковано специфіку конкурентних переваг річковим портом, який з огляду на виконувані функції та роль у доставці вантажів розглядається у роботі як центральний елемент логістичних утворень у системі обраних маршрутів перевезень. Конкурентні переваги річкових портів представлені як затребуваність потенціалу споживчої цінності порту відповідним сегментом ринку за певних умов його функціонування. До конкурентних переваг річкових портів, активованих логістикою, віднесено географічне розташування; транспортна доступність порту; приналежність до міжнародних транспортних коридорів та формування логістичних кластерів; мобільність та пропускна спроможність порту; забезпечення належного рівня безпеки та схоронності вантажів під час перевезень, пріоритетність вантажопотоків; рівень розвитку складських комплексів; можливість обслуговування суден типу «ріка-море»; наявність контейнерних терміналів; рівень пропускної спроможності порту; наявність на території порту інших вантажогенеруючих підприємств. Сформовано групи параметрів конкурентоспроможності портів, до основних з яких віднесено характеристики порту, готовність причалів та терміналів до прийняття і обробки контейнерних вантажо- потоків, стан інфраструктури порту, характеристика вантажу та методи перевезення, асортимент портових послуг, специфіка ринкового середовища, географічне положення з погляду логістики, менеджмент порту, цінова та сервісна політика порту. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The state of the industry of river transport is investigated, the analysis of competitive forces in industry is carried out with the help of five forces of competition for M. Porter. The features of competitive advantages of river ports are determined. The river port is considered on the basis of the functions performed and the role of cargo delivery as the central element of logistic objects in the system of selected transport routes. Competitive advantages of river ports are presented as demand of the potential of the port’s consumer value by the relevant market segment under certain conditions of its operation. To the competitive advantages of river ports, which are activated cluster logistics of these objects are geographically located; transport accessibility of the port; joining international transport corridors and forming logistics clusters; mobility and port potential; ensuring an adequate level of safety and security of goods during transportation, priority of freight flows; level of development of warehouse complexes; the possibility of servicing ships of the type "river-sea"; availability of container terminals; port power level; presence in the port of other cargo companies. Forming the parameters of the competitiveness of ports. The main ones include port characteristics, the availability of berths and terminals for container handling and handling, port infrastructure status, cargo characteristics and modes of transportation, the range of port services, the specifics of the market environment, the geographical location from the point of view of logistics, port management, price and service policy ports. | |
