Впливи техніки на людину і суспільство: філософський аналіз

Abstract

З філософських позицій осмислюються взаємовпливи техніки і людини, що у кібернетиці та у філософії техніки отримали назву прямого та зворотного зв’язку між технічними системами і людським фактором (людино-машинні системи). Основний наголос робиться на малодосліджених аспектах зворотного зв’язку (зокрема, негативного), тобто на проблемі впливу сучасної техніки, пов’язаної з інформаційними процесами, на розвиток людського суспільства. Proceeding from the philosophical position the paper explores mutual influences of technology and human being that acquired in cybernetics and philosophy of technology the name of direct and reverse correlation between the technological systmes and human factor (man-machine systems). The main accent is made on scantily investigated aspects of the reverse correlation (particularly, the negative one), i.e., on the problem of influence of modern technology linked to the information processes onto the development of human society.
