Abstract
This article describes the problem of
the irrational use of food and possible solutions. As
a result of the research, the existing methods for
solving this problem were analyzed, their
advantages and disadvantages were revealed. The
article presents the structure and description of the
work of the protected information system, which
can be used after release to solve the irrational use
of food. The proposed approach can be used not
only for individual purposes, but also for business
needs, which creates conditions for reducing the amount of food waste.
