Abstract
Запропоновано концептуальну модель управління розвитком технологічних
систем, компенсаційний механізм інтенсифікації технологічних параметрів, що
ґрунтується на відхиленнях фактичних значень “ключових показників ефективності”
від потенційно досяжних значень “оптимальних параметрів бізнес-процесів” (ZBB),
обґрунтовано економічну сутність цих категорій.
The paper presents the concept of intensification of business processes, IT systems, based on developed a compensation mechanism for the intensification of the optimal parameters of the process, the methodological approach, which reflects the causal relationship of deviations of actual values from the potentially achievable, allowing to estimate the degree of influence of these causes on the future development of business processes technological subsystems. Summarizes the theoretical principles, a set of views, approaches to the development of capacity problems uluchsheniyabiznes-protsessos, justified the theoretical essence of economic categories: “a key indicator of the efficiency of business process” (KPIs) and “indicator of optimal business process parameters” (ZBB (Zero-based budgeting) ).Modeled material flow movement of materials and energy in the process of their transformation into a finished product presents a situation with deviations of parameters of business processes of industrial enterprise producing steel. Substantiated, methods for factor analysis. To identify the key points and bottlenecks affecting the efficient use of resources, identification of priority KPI, systematization of information on the movement of materials and costs, determination of losses in the flow. Classified analysis tools, “Pareto chart”, “ABC - analysis”, “5 Why”, “Diagram Ishikawa,” “Brainstorm”, allowing to identify and display the problem, install the main factors graphically visualize the relationship between the causes from which you want initiate action, distributing the efforts to effectively solve problems
