Abstract
Розроблено залежності для розрахунку сили різання в радіально-коловому способі нарізання зубчастих коліс. Встановлено закономірності зміни сили різання на активних лезах і зубцях та сумарної на довжині контакту інструменту із заготовкою, що створює теоретичну базу для керування процесом зубонарізання. Analytical dependences are got for the calculation of cutting force by the new method of continuous disk milling cutting of gear-wheels. It is well-proven the theoretical conformities to law of cutting force are set on active blades and indents. A theoretical base for process control of cutting of gear-wheels is created.
