Abstract
The article analyzes the development of integrated corporate structures in Ukraine, defines their advantages and disadvantages. Trends of forming global, more flexible and adaptive economic structures in the world practice are investigated. The authors proved the expediency of presenting integrated corporate structures in the form of structural business shell. Their advantage is determined by the necessity of forming more attractive and transparent investment vehicles for investors. The paper presents an approach to formation the favourable information and investment environment within a business shell. Проаналізовано розвиток інтегрованих корпоративних структур в Україні,
визначено їхні переваги та недоліки. Досліджено тенденції до формування глобальних все більш гнучких та адаптивних економічних структур у світовій практиці. Обґрунтовано доцільність представлення інтегрованих корпоративних структур у вигляді структурних бізнес-оболонок, перевага яких зумовлена необхідністю формування більш привабливих і прозорих для інвесторів механізмів інвестування. Запропоновано підхід до формування сприятливого інформаційно-інвестиційного середовища в межах бізнес-оболонки.
