Теоретико-методичні засади здійснення фундаментальної діагностики інвестиційної привабливості машинобудівних підприємств

Abstract

Уточнено змістове та функціональне призначення фундаментальної діагностики в оцінюванні інвестиційної привабливості підприємств, а також обґрунтована її роль у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень потенційними інвесторами. Визначено, що фундаментальна діагностика у межах процесу діагностики здійснюється після реалізації експрес-діагностики інвестиційної привабливості підприємства інвестором. Обґрунтовано ключові теоретичні засади здійснення фундаментальної діагностики машинобудівних підприємств, які охоплюють рекомендації із добору оцінювальних індикаторів, врахування чинників формування інвестиційної привабливості підприємств, використання міжнародних рейтингових оцінок. Сформовано модель здійснення фундаментальної діагностики інвестиційної привабливості машинобудівних підприємств, яка відображає етапи здійснення оцінювально-ідентифікаційних процедур та напрямки використання отриманих результатів. In the article the semantic and functional setting of fundamental diagnostics is specified in the evaluation of investment attractiveness of enterprises, and also her role is reasonable in the process of acceptance of administrative decisions by potential investors. Certainly, that fundamental diagnostics within the limits of process of diagnostics comes true after realization of express-diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprise by an investor. Key theoretical principles of realization of fundamental diagnostics of machine-building enterprises, that embrace recommendations from the selection of estimating indicators, taking into account of factors of forming of investment attractiveness of enterprises, use of international rating estimations, are reasonable. The model of realization of fundamental diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises, that represents the stages of realization of estimate-identification procedures and directions of drawing on the got results, is formed.
