Abstract

В роботі вирішено теоретичні та прикладну проблему формування і використання інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств. Представлені в роботі методологічні та методичні розробки сприяють удосконаленню системи управління підприємством. В дисертації розвинуто поняття «інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства», «взаємодія управлінців у використанні інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства», «інтелектуальні завдання підприємства», розвинуто класифікацію інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства. Вперше запропоновано обґрунтування пріоритетності параметрів інтелектуальної взаємодії управлінців, що враховує характер і силу впливу параметрів на показники використання інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства. Раціоналізовано процес правління формуванням інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства на проектній стадії, запропоновано послідовність індексного аналізування динаміки формування і використання інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства. Розвинуто декомпозицію процесу взаємодії управлінців у використанні інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства і положення з обрання найбільш оптимальних для застосування інтелектуальних продуктів, які створені підприємством. В работе решено теоретическую и прикладную проблему формирования и использования интеллектуального потенциала предприятий. Представленные в работе методологические и методические разработки способствуют совершенствованию системы управления предприятием. В диссертации развито понятие «интеллектуальный потенциал предприятия», «взаимодействие управленцев в использовании интеллектуального потенциала предприятия», «интеллектуальные задачи предприятия», развито классификацию интеллектуального потенциала предприятия. Впервые предложено обоснование приоритетности параметров интеллектуального взаимодействия управленцев, учитывающий характер и силу влияния параметров на показатели использования интеллектуального потенциала предприятия. Усовершенствован процесс управления формированием интеллектуального потенциала предприятия на проектной стадии, предложено последовательность индексного анализа динамики формирования и использования интеллектуального потенциала предприятия. Развито процесс взаимодействия управленцев в использовании интеллектуального потенциала предприятия и положения по избранию наиболее оптимальных для применения интеллектуальных продуктов, созданных предприятием. The following thesis contains the theoretic summary and the new development of scientifical aim in the improving of the existing and development of new theoretic and methodic principles and practical recommendations as to the formation and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. The object of the research is the process of the formation and use of the intellectual potential of the engineering enterprises. The subject of research are the theoretic, methodic and applied grounds and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. The first chapter «The theoretic and applied grounds of the formation and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise» contains the essentiality and the kinds of the intellectual potential of the enterprise, the concept grounds of its formation and use were formed, the formation and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise was analysed. Based on the theoretic and practice research, the notion «intellectual potential of the enterprise» was developed. It means the totality of possibilities to achieve the main aims by score of the system formation and use of the intellectual resources to analyse industrial and economic problems, to elaborate the creative ways of its use, the well-grounded choice and the realization of administrative decisions that permits to open more fully its particularities and will help to the administration its comprehensive understanding of direction. The classification of aspect manifestations of the intellectual potential was supplemented with such features as the sphere of use, the level of the distinction of the intellectual resources, the use of results, the sources of influence and formation, the kinds of changing. The graduality of the index analyse of the formative dynamics and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise was proposed, it bases on the calculation of the individual chain indexes of the indication changing, that characterizes following processes, the led astrey indexes of the formation and use of the intellectual potential, the indexes of generated and used intellectual products, the led astrey index of the economical results of the use of the created intellectual products. The matrix of calculative results of the middle meaning of key indexes containing for sections, each of them has some correlation between them and show the formation and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. The analyses of the formative dynamics and use of the intellectual potential of the blightly engineering enterprises were done. As results it was found and established the existing problems of these enterprises which are assigned into the basis of development of the further recommendations as to the perfection of the existing processes of the formation and use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. The second chapter «The formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise» opens the gist and particularities of the mains parts of the formation of the intellectual potential, describes the consistency of the project phase of the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise based on the process structured approach, the objectives of the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise were elaborated. On the basis of the analyse of the literary sources and study of the practice of the enterprise’s function it was grounded the graduality of steps of the project etap of the intellectual potential’s formation, where we can understand the processes of elaboration of the basic rules, criterias, requirements to the intellectual potential’s formation and its components which are connected with the installation of the charactestics of the intellectual resources, directions and sources of its searching and creation, methods of selection and adaptation to the enterprise activity. The process of the direction of the following formation was improved due to the assignment of the mutual solution by the aims and the elaboration of its substeps that are connected with the identification of the aims on the three levels of the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise, the calculation of the indexes of the aims mutual solution, the projected level of aim attainability, the construction of aim vectors and the meaning of the relative mutual solution of the individual, collective and general corporative aims of the intellectual potential formation. Due to the assignment of the mutual solution’s step and the development of its sub-steps, the process of administration of the given formation was improved. They are connected with the identification of aims on three levels of the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise with the calculation of the absolute interaction of aims, with the projected level of aim’s attainability, with the construction of aim’s vectors and the definition of relative mutual solution of the individual, collective and general corporative aims of the enterprise’s intellectual potential. The matrix of the administrative decisions as to the level’s increasing of the aims of the enterprise’s intellectual potential done due to the calculation of the relative mutual solution of aims was proposed. The third chapter «The use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise» has the structural decomposition of the administrative interaction in the use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise. The consistency of the rising of results of the use of the intellectual potential was elaborated. The position of the use optimization of the created enterprise’s products was developed. The notion «the administrative interaction in the use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise» that is the complex of causally related processes of unit by the administration, its own and corporate efforts as to the commun intellectual activity in the decision of the intellectual aims of the enterprise. To unificate and to complain logical consistency in the administration of the integrated use of the enterprise’s intellectual potential, it was developed the decomposition of the interactive administrative process in the use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise due to the isolation, screamline and reasoning of its distribution, its conciliation, its executive and synthezing procedures during the accomplaining of the intellectual tasks of the enterprise. Considering the found practical importance of the intellectual administrative interaction, it was proposed the etap sequence of the use effectiveness of the enterprise’s intellectual potential based on the method of the parametre’s priority of the administrative intellectual interaction that admits the value’s calculation of the interaction’s parameters of the administration in the use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise based on the value’s aggregation and the validity of its indicators; the construction of correlative and regressive models for value of the influent parameters of the administrative interaction in the use of the intellectual potential of the enterprise on its indicators, the analyse of the influence’s character of the administrative interaction in the use of the enterprise’s intellectual potential on its indicators and the priority parameter’s meaning.
