Abstract
Тhis paper deals with the main points of sentiment analysis and its’ issues. Sentiment analysis, also called opinion mining, is the field of study that analyzes people’s opinions, sentiments, evaluations, appraisals, attitudes, and emotions towards entities such as products, services, organizations, individuals, issues, events, topics, and their attributes. It represents a large problem space. The paper describes an example of opinion definition, introduces a few important points of process of sentiment analysis and its basic principles.
