Регулювання процесу активізування інвестиційної діяльності підприємств

Abstract

Конкретизовано об’єкти регулювання в управлінні активізуванням ІДП (система цілей підприємства, показники, які відображені у стратегічних і поточних планах активізування ІДП; рішення щодо делегування повноважень, перерозподілу функцій між окремими посадами, службами, підрозділами тощо; організаційна структура управління підприємством; система стимулювання працівників, які залучені до виконання завдань із активізування ІДП; структура і технологія функціонування інформаційної системи підприємства, система внутрішнього контролю, система моніторингу, система обліку і звітності), а також уточнено схему регулювання процесу активізування ІДП. In this article the objects of adjusting are specified in the management by the IAE (system of aims of enterprise, indexes which are represented in the strategic and current plans of the IAE activation; decision in relation to delegation of plenary powers, redistribution of functions between separate positions, services, subsections and others like that; organizational structure of management by an enterprise; system of stimulation of workers which are engaged in implementation of tasks from the IAE activation; structure and technology of functioning of the informative system of enterprise, internal checking system, system of monitoring, system of account and accounting) activation, and also specified the chart of adjusting of process of the IAE activation.
