Abstract
Запропоновано спосіб узгодження системи управління якістю промислового підприємства з новим
стандартом ISO 9001:2015, що дає змогу ефективніше організувати проходження інформаційних потоків,
децентралізувати відповідальність за якість продукції, покращити взаємодію із замовником тощо.
У певній послідовності розглянуто підходи до управління якістю, вказано на важливість впровадження і розвитку
систем управління якістю на сучасних підприємствах, охарактеризовано систему управління якістю Корпорації
«Енергоресурс-Інвест» і проаналізовано зміни в системі управління якістю, що відбулися в зв’язку з введенням нових
версій стандартів. Показано, як вдосконалення СУЯ Корпорації дало змогу істотно покращити якість продукції,
розширити асортимент нових видів продукції, забезпечити її конкурентоспроможність на ринках збуту.
Проаналізовано нову версію ISO 9001:2015, наведено порівняльну характеристику нового стандарту і порівняльні
таблиці. Розглянуто важливість пропонованих принципів.
Значну увагу приділено ризикоорієнтованому мисленню, що пропонує стандарт на СУЯ. Акцент на ризико-
орієнтоване мислення дає змогу організації визначити рівні ризику, систематизувати їх за важливістю і спланувати заходи
для запобігання їм. Управління ризиком дає змогу систематично аналізувати можливість виникнення негативних впливів і
спланувати своєчасне вжиття заходів для зменшення їх вірогідності. Ризикоорієнтоване мислення спрямоване на те, щоб
ризики і можливості організації були визначені, проаналізовані й ними управляли, використовуючи усі елементи системи.
Article proposes the way to bring the quality management system of the industrial enterprise in line with the new standard ISO 9001:2015. It allows organize information flow more efficiently, decentralize responsibility for quality of products, improve interaction with customer, etc. In the certain sequence the approaches for quality management are considered; it is indicated the importance of implementation and development of quality management systems at modern enterprises. Characteristics of existing quality management system of Energoresurs-Invest Corporation are analyzed and changes in the quality management system that have occurred in connection with the implementation of new standards are analyzed. Article shows how the improvement of the QMS permits substantially improve the quality of products, expanding the range of new types of products and ensuring their competitiveness. The ISO 9001:2015 is analyzed, a comparative description of the new standard is conducted, comparative tables are given. Importance of the new principles of the standard is considered. For corporation which operates in the market conditions, it becomes important to meet the requirements of the standard concerning changes and approaches to the QMS construction and their continuous improvement. With the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, the challenge was to bring the QMS up to its requirements. Great deal of attention is paid to the application of risk-oriented mentality. It allows the organization to identify factors that may impact on processes and cause the undesirable deviations of the expecting results, to plan and implement actions that predict and minimize these impacts and finally contribute to continuous improvement of quality management system. Risk-oriented mentality ensures that the risks and capabilities of the organization are identified, analyzed and managed through the studies of quality management system elements. Manager’s goal is not to avoid any kind of risk, but to be able to manage this risk, to choose the optimal ratio between the profitability of actions (product safety, security level) and the risk level. Reorganized quality management system has become an effective mechanism for ensuring the effective management of production processes aimed at manufacturing the energy saving contemporary products and increase consumer satisfaction through the efficient application of the system. Improvement of the quality management system lead not only to quality products improvement but also to the enterprise business processes optimization the products efficiency enhancement that conjugates with the company’s success in the market.
