Abstract
Covering the new approach to the study of traffic flow states based on the dynamics of its
characteristics. The change of states or the dynamics of traffic as a system of road traffic flow is
first described by the mutual change in speed and intensity over time. The equations for solving
practical problems of the dynamics of changes in the rate and dynamics of changes in intensity are
summarized. Provided summary of the main sections of the dynamic theory. The equations for
