Особливості роботи підприємств легкої промисловості з використанням давальницької сировини

Abstract

Досліджено підприємства легкої промисловості України, які сьогодні знаходяться у складній ситуації через перенасичення ринку імпортними товарами і одночасне падіння купівельної спроможності населення, що призвело до підвищення конкурентоспроможності імпортної продукції через низьку ціну, проте не кращу якість. Проаналізовано динаміку експорту та імпорту товарів легкої промисловості. Висвітлено специфіку роботи підприємств легкої промисловості, що використовують давальницьку сировину і в такий спосіб мають можливість наростити свої обігові кошти, описано основні переваги і недоліки їх функціонування Показано вплив коливання курсу валют на показники господарської діяльності підприємств легкої промисловості. Визначено основні завдання галузі на найближчу перспективу, пов’язані із розвитком сировинної бази, проведення технічного переоснащення підприємств із залученням іноземних інвестицій та технологій, створення системи захисту внутрішнього ринку, стимулювання вітчизняного виробника. Запропоновано розробити і реалізувати стратегію імпортозаміщення товарів легкої промисловості за взаємовигідної роботи за давальницькими схемами. In this article were analyzed the ukrainian light industry enterprises that are currently in a difficult situation due to oversaturation of the market with imported goods and a simultaneous decrease of purchasing power, which led to increasing of competitiveness of imported products because of the low price, but not due to the best quality. The dynamics of export and import of light industrial products was also analyzed. It was established that the volume of imports of light industry goods exceeds the export of similar products more than double, while the majority of all imports comes from China. Performance specifics of light industry enterprises that use raw materials and thus have the opportunity to increase their working capital were displayed. The basic advantages and disadvantages of operation for domestic tolling schemes were described. Basic causes that led to appearance of tolling schemes in enterprise activity. Particularly, the lack of strong domestic raw material base, lack of specialized production process equipment for manufacturing products of the light industry and materials or spare parts to it. The influence of fluctuations in the exchange rates of economic activity light industry was analyzed. It was noted that due to fluctuations in exchange rates, many enterprises suffered losses, but those companies working on tolling schemes could increase their profits, since their payments to foreign partners are engaged in foreign currencies. In this article were determined main tasks of the industry in the near future related to the development of raw materials, the technical re-equipment of enterprises with foreign investment and technology, creation of s special system to protect domestic market, stimulate domestic producers. It is advisable to develop and implement a strategy of import substitution for light industrial products in a mutually beneficial working on tolling schemes.
