Abstract

Розкрито суть венчурного фінансування, охарактеризовано місце і значення кожного з учасників процесу венчурного інвестування. На основі аналізу літературних джерел досліджено види та форми венчурного інвестування та побудовано модель венчурного фінансування. In the article the sense of venture financing is determined, the place and role of the main participants of venture financing are characterized. According to the analуsis of the literature sources of the research the tipes and forms of venture investment are considered and the model of venture financing is built.
