Abstract
New obtained single crystal LATGS and its selected dielectric properties are presented
in this paper. Samples of the single crystal were utilised as active elements of pyroelectric detector. This paper contains also theoretical considerations for this type of detector, making possible determination of voltage-current sensitivity.
