Abstract
Мета статті – дослідження інноваційних підходів до проблем геопросторового картографування територій. Під
час опрацювання наукових матеріалів використано методи аналізу та синтезу, дедукції та індуктивний метод. У
статті розкрито проблему відсутності централізованого збирання, оброблення та аналізу картографічних матеріалів територій новостворених ОТГ, проблеми прийняття неправильних управлінських рішень, рішень, що стосуються розвитку та планування таких територій. Описано інноваційні методи у сфері геодезії, інженерної геодезії,
ГІС-систем, які застосовують для вирішення проблем геопросторового картографування територій. Поставлено
питання про необхідність створення геоінформаційних систем для територій ОТГ, доведено актуальність та необхідність виконання такої роботи. Запропоновані інноваційні методи можуть застосовуватись у діяльності новостворених ОТГ.
The purpose of the article is to study innovative approaches to the problems of geospatial mapping of territories. The methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and inductive method were used in the processing of scientific materials. The article reveals the problem of the lack of centralized collection, processing and analysis of cartographic materials of the territories of the newly created ATCs, the problem of making incorrect management decisions, decisions related to the development and planning of such territories. The article describes innovative methods in the field of geodesy, engineering geodesy, GIS systems used to solve the problems of geospatial mapping of territories. The author raises the question of the need to create geographic information systems for the territories of amalgamated territorial communities, and proves the relevance and necessity of such work. The proposed innovative methods can be used in the activities of the newly created ATCs. Results. Digital technologies are taking the lead in the field of engineering and geodetic surveys. This is the future of this field, which allows you to effectively measure the terrain, even in cases of dense vegetation, complex construction projects and other difficult moments in the work of surveyors. The introduction of innovative technologies, both in the construction sector and in laying new routes, allows us to put into practice a single mechanism that seeks to develop networks of airfields, highways, complex and unique types of buildings.
