Оцінювання та розвиток інструментів економічного захисту підприємств в умовах міжнародної діяльності

Abstract

За сучасних умов господарювання та рівня розвитку міжнародних економічних відносин, які обумовлюються швидкими темпами діджиталізації та інтелектуалізації світогосподарських зв’язків, стрімким перебігом глобалізаційних процесів, наявністю множинних загроз гармонійного функціонування підприємств актуалізується питання економічного захисту підприємства (інформації, об’єктів інтелектуальної власності, економічних інтересів та процесів тощо). Це потребує використання відповідного інструментарію, здатного зберегти автономію підприємства, забезпечити розвиток самобутності його виробничо-господарської і міжнародної економічної діяльності та задоволення потреб та інтересів стейкхолдерів. Under modern business conditions and the level of development of international economic relations, which are determined by the rapid pace of digitization and intellectualization of world economic relations, the rapid course of globalization processes, the presence of multiple threats to the harmonious functioning of enterprises, the issue of protecting information, intellectual property objects, economic interests and enterprise processes is becoming an actual issue in general, etc. This requires the use of appropriate tools capable of preserving the autonomy of the enterprise, ensuring the development of the identity of its industrial and economic and international economic activities and meeting the needs and interests of stakeholders.
