Механізми управління інвестиційною безпекою держави в умовах сталого розвитку

Abstract

The thesis summarizes the scientific and theoretical bases, substantiates the basic provisions of the investment security management mechanism within sustainable development conditions. It was established that the investment component is a special subsystem of economic security, as it creates prerequisites for the best use of socio-economic relations in the development and society productive forces’ scientific and technical restoration by active investment activities. The main approaches to the concepts of <investment security=, <sustainable development=, and <state management mechanism= were summarized. The classification of the main threats to investment security and its main indicators were presented. At the same time, it was found that the main indicators of the state’s investment security are: the specific weight of investments (domestic capital investments and foreign investments) in GDP; the share of domestic investments in GDP; the share of foreign investments in the total volume of the country’s investments; the ratio of direct and portfolio investments; the number of foreign investments per capita; the degree of the state's need for investment resources coverage by the money supply; the share of budget funds in the investment project’s cost.
