Abstract
In paper problem of strength (reliability) determining of thick-film resistors on normalized disturbing signal has been formulated in theoretical and practical aspects. The method of strength (reliability) coefficient estimation for resistors has been proposed. The theoretical considerations were experimentally verified by analysis of the example elements for selected impulse wave levels - 1.2/50 us.
