    Electrokinetic characteristics of structurally disordered binary alloy Ni1-xPx

    The paper presents the results of studies of the temperature dependences of the resistivity ρ(T) and the Seebeck coefficient S(T) of binary structurally disordered alloys of the Ni1–xPx system. It was found that at 0.10 < x < 0.25 the absolute value of S(T) increases with phosphorus concentration and changes the sign, becoming positive at x > 0.18. The resistivity ρ increases with x, the temperature coefficient of electrical resistance α decreases and becomes negative, and S also increases and becomes positive near x = 0.18. These results agree with the Mooij correlation and the r-S correlation for the studied samples, namely for samples with high resistivity S > 0 and for samples with low resistivity – S < 0, which is observed in some non magnetic structurally disordered alloys. Thus, the Ni1-xPx system covers the range and behavior of electrokinetic characteristics that are characteristic of a few structurally disordered alloys. For x < 0.175 dependencies r(T) and S(T) of the studied samples are similar to those observed in ferromagnetic structurally disordered iron-based alloys.

    Calibration of measuring channels of non-dismantling cyber-physical systems

    The analysis of the concept of Open-Science Space is carried out. The existence of ways to achieve reproducibility and traceability of research results performed by a group of worldwide situated Cyber-physical system operators/supervisors is shown. Ways to ensure the efficient operation of Cyber-physical systems as complex technological non demountable objects with high requirements for metrological characteristics have been studied. To develop the scattered cyber physical systems, the portable stable-in-time code-controlled measures of physical quantities have been studied. They have to be metrologically confirmed in the laboratory before the delivery to the site of the measuring subsystem for its calibration.

    Evaluation of natural gas quality by its calorific value

    The article develops and analyzes a method of the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of natural gas as an energy source. The method is based on establishing the calorific value of natural gas as a determinative index of its quality, taking into account all gas properties: both those that positively affect the gas calorific value and its energy content, and those that adversely affect. The generalized definition of natural gas quality as the degree to which the set of the own gas characteristics (component composition and physical properties) meet the requirements concerning energy content, safety, ecology, and other factors is given. The results of experimental researches on natural gas quality according to the developed procedure are also presented.     Study of thermal stability of metal glasses of metal – metal and metal – metaloid systems for thermometry purposes

    The metastable metallic glasses are studied in the paper. Their properties as the material for producing the sensitive elements of thermometric transducers depend on the peculiarities of manufacturing the mentioned material. The selection of modes of glass production and the correction of modes facilitates to increase in the operating temperatures of the transducers or/and extends their service life.
