    Models and mechanisms of IPTV VоD traffic balancing

    Models for traffic balancing that enable to evaluate the current IPTV traffic balancing mechanisms are suggested in this paper. Also, an analysis of each of these mechanisms is performed using the IPTV traffic model. Запропоновано моделі балансування трафіку IPTV VoD для оцінки існуючих механізмів балансування. Проведено аналіз кожного з цих механізмів за допомогою моделі IPTV трафіку.

    Service-oriented resource planning for multiservice IP networks

    This work proposes the analysis of service quality parameters for packet networks. The algorithm of packet processing has been developed. Research into delay and jitter for the proposed processing method has been carried out. Запропоновано метод проектування мультисервісної мережі на основі IP платформи із забезпеченням параметрів якості обслуговування. Здійснено декомпозицію структури IP мережі за рівнями ієрархії, на підставі якої розроблено модель гарантування якості обслуговування.
