Item Effect of Lemna minor population density on bioelectric parameters of electro-biosystems(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2021-06-01) Rusyn, Iryna; Dyachok, Vasil; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article presents a study of the influence of Lemna minor population density on the bioelectric potential and current of model electro-biosystems in the laboratory conditions using 500 and 1000 Ω resistors and in the open circuit. The positive effect of increasing the density of duckweed plants populations from 60 to 120 fronds/ml on the growth of bioelectric parameters of model electro-biosystems under load conditions and without resistors was revealed. Increasing the amount of duckweed biomass is a factor of enhancing the efficiency of electro-biosystems based on L. minor.Item Wetland meadows of Carex acutiformis as a source of bioelectricity(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2021-03-01) Rusyn, Iryna; Dyachok, Vasyl; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article presents the assessment of bioelectroproductivity of wetland sedge ecosystems of Carex acutiformis in situ. It was found that it is possible to obtain a bioelectric potential at the level of 864.2–1114.8 mV, depending on external conditions using a pair of electrodes graphite/zincgalvanized steel and graphite/aluminum. The increase in soil moisture had a positive effect on bioelectric potential parameters. Widespread in Polissya biotopes of sedge have prospects as sources of green plant-microbial energy.Item Bioelectric parameters of Pinus silvestris forest ecosystems(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2021-06-01) Rusyn, Iryna; Dyachok, Vasil; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe article presents the study of the bioelectric potential of forest biotopes of Pinus silvestris to evaluate the possibility of their usage as a bioelectricity source. The increase of bioelectric potential in dry soils independent of moisture level was revealed. The positive effect of soil humidity on the generation of bioelectric potential was shown. Insignificant daily and seasonal fluctuations of bioelectric parameters of forest biotopes open their prospects as an important source of renewable energy.
