Охарактеризовано ризики, що виникають під час здійснення інноваційної діяльності. Наведено показники, що характеризують ефективність інноваційної діяльності. The paper studied the theoretical and practical aspects of the financial sphere in the process of innovation project. The characteristic of the term “innovation project”. Considered an innovative project stage and given them a description. This definition of the term “business plan”. Characterized sources of funding for innovative projects. The detailed analysis of internal and external sources of funding. An assessment of the financing innovation of domestic enterprises. The correlation between spending on innovation activities of enterprises. Indicated the necessity to support state enterprises involved in research and development. The primaries innovation funding domestic enterprises. Studied that a significant share in the funding take their own funds. О.; Коцовський, Ю. І.Проаналізовано проблеми інноваційної діяльності в Україні. Обґрунтована вагомість сучасної інноваційної діяльності для економічного розвитку. Визначено особливості інноваційного розвитку України на сучасному етапі. Закцентовано увагу на необхідності інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності економіки. Запропоновано заходи щодо створення реальних програм і забезпечення успіху їх реалізації в промисловості. Запропоновано створити ефективну централізовану державну систему координації інноваційного розвитку економіки, яка передбачатиме створення Міністерства з питань науки та інновацій; встановлення тісніших і відповідальніших партнерських відносин між владою, усіма учасниками національної інноваційної системи і суспільством; створення системи постійного моніторингу динаміки інноваційного розвитку України; розгортання урядової програми реалізації Стратегії інноваційного розвитку України на 2010–2020 рр. в умовах глобалізаційних викликів. The article reveals the problems of the innovation activity in Ukraine. The significance of contemporary innovation for economic development is substantiated. The peculiarities of innovative development of Ukraine today are defined. The need of investment support of economic innovation activity is emphasized. Measures for creation of real programs and providing with their successful realisation in industry are proposed. It is proposed to create an effective centralized state system of coordination innovative economic development that will include the creation of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, establishing closer and responsible partnerships between government, all members of the national innovation system and society, a system of constant monitoring of the dynamics of innovation development of Ukraine, and to launch and develop. Open Government Programme of Innovative Development Strategy of Ukraine for 2010-2020 in the conditions of the globalization challenges.Item Розвиток туристичної галузі України: особливості та проблеми(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Мірошник, Р. О.; Щир, І. В.Проаналізовано проблеми та наведено особливості розвитку туристичної галузі в Україні. Проведено аналіз туристичної галузі у світі, зокрема, проаналізовані міжнародні туристичні прибутки та надходження, досліджено ситуацію, що склалась на ринку туристичних послуг, а саме: в’їзд іноземних громадян в Україну за країнами та виїзд громадян України в інші країни. Зосереджено увагу на інноваційній діяльності в туристичній галузі. На основі проаналізованих джерел, розглянуто основні елементи туризму та запропоновані напрями їх розвитку в інноваційній діяльності. Елементи туризму розділено на такі складові: туристичний продукт, сфери діяльності, пов’язані з туризмом, організатор (юридична особа чи приватний підприємець), учасник. Запропоновано заходи щодо розвитку туризму, які передбачають стимулювання малого та середнього бізнесу, тобто приватного сектору, розвиток інфраструктури, залучення іноземних інвестицій, проведення активної рекламної діяльності; вдосконалення системи підготовки, перепідготовки і підвищення кваліфікації туристичних кадрів; проведення необхідних наукових досліджень у сфері туризму. Запропоновано розробити організаційно-економічний механізм розвитку туристичної галузі, який уможливив би ефективно керувати туристичною галуззю, тим самим забезпечив би рентабельність та конкурентоспроможність вітчизняної економіки загалом. The article analyzes the problems and describes peculiarities of tourism industry in Ukraine. The analysis of the tourism industry in the world is made; there are analyzed incomes and revenues from international tourism; the situation in the market of tourist services is studied, in particular, the number of foreign tourists in Ukraine by countries and Ukrainian tourists going to foreign countries. Innovations in tourism industry are paid special attention to. The basic elements of tourism are considered on the basis of the reviewed sources and there are proposed directions of innovative developments of these elements. The elements of tourism are divided into the following components: tourist product, fields of activities associated with tourism, the organizer (a legal entity or an entrepreneur), a participant. The paper suggests measures to develop tourism that provide: incentives for small and medium businesses, i.e. the private sector, infrastructure development, attracting foreign investment, active promotional activities, improvement of the system of training, retraining and professional development of the tourism staff, doing the necessary research in the field of tourism. In the future, the authors suggest further research to develop organizational and economic mechanism of the tourism industry development that would allow to effectively manage tourism industry, thus ensuring the profitability and competitiveness of the national economy as a whole.
