Determination of scientific approaches for obtaining knowledge about the plurality of objects of urban monitoring, processes and phenomena in settlements. Method. Urban land monitoring is an information integration sub-system for land and town planning cadastres, which is implemented through the use of common methods and technologies for generating specialized information and ensuring simultaneous access to information resources for sectoral inventories and monitoring. The resulting information obtained during the monitoring is used to update the databases of land and town-planning inventories, to develop land management and urban planning documentation. Methods of urban land monitoring of settlements are based on the use of classical methods of land monitoring and urban monitoring, as well as their combinations, taking into account the requirements for the desired results, which in turn influences the choice of observing or analysis technology. Continuous monitoring is due to the continuous functioning of the city's functioning and development, the dynamics of natural processes that affect the state of the land, buildings, structures and infrastructure of the settlement. Results. The objective component of integrated urban land monitoring is formed from objects of settlements, whose monitoring parameters are determined by such sciences as ecology, land management and urban planning. A substantive component determines the ways of realization of the set tasks and relies on the following sciences: computer science, economics, qualilometry and management theory, which form scientific approaches that form the methodological basis of integrated monitoring. Thus, urban monitoring of land is carried out using geoinformation, quali-metric, target and econometric scientific approaches. Scientific novelty. The systematic approach to the development of urban planning monitoring of settlements is substantiated – a holistic system of complex processing of diverse information at the local level for making managerial decisions. Practical significance. Цей час визначається статистично з використанням методу Хіммельблау, тобто виключення аномальних значень. Визначено час проведення тестування для студентів різного рівня підготовки. Розроблено власний тест для вдосконалення розрахунків часу тестування. Адже час, наданий на тестування, впливає на саме тестування та на коректність оцінювання студента з тієї чи іншої дисципліни. Для цього висунута певна гіпотеза, проведене статистичне дослідження, розроблена математична модель. Після проведеної роботи та корегування програмного продукту визначено та математично обґрунтовано оптимальний час роботи студента.Item Правові дослідження управління в сфері охорони довкілля: деякі методологічні зауваження(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Тарнавська, М. І.Проаналізовано окремі особливості досліджень управління у природоохоронній сфері, зумовлені сучасними потребами і спрямовані передусім на отримання практично-корисних результатів. Наголошено на необхідності комплексності досліджень, застосуванні порівняльно-правового методу. Порушено питання аналізу судової практики, зокрема, правових висновків Верховного суду України як індикатора реального стану відносин у сфері охорони довкілля. В статье анализируются отдельные особенности исследований управления в области охраны окружающей среды, обусловленные современными потребностями и направленные, в первую очередь на практически-полезные результаты. Подчеркивается необходимость комплексности исследований, применении сравнительно-правового метода. Рассматривается вопрос анализа судебной практики, в частности, правовых позиций Верховного суда Украины как индикатора реального состояния отношений в сфере охраны окружающей среды. The necessity of complex research, application of comparative legal method is emphasized. Analysis of jurisprudence, including legal opinions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as an indicator of the real state of relation in the sphere of environmental protection is considered in the article.Item Theory of judgment in the Lvov School of Philosophy: introduction to research(Lviv Politechnic Publіshing House, 2015) Ivanyk, StepanCurrent knowledge of philosophical and logical investigations includes numerous gaps regarding the theory of judgment in the Lvov School of Philosophy. The aim of the paper is to show that the task of filling this gap is not without merit and to outline the way how to complete this task. Theoretical and methodological roots of theory of judgement of the Lvov School in philosophy lies in philosophy of Franz Brentano, whose views on logic have been identified as the first ever revolt against Aristotelian logic. This fact increases the theoretical and practical value of attainments in the theory of judgement of the School as one of the most potent centers of Brentano’s philosophy, and justifies the necessity to scrutinize and systematize them. In turn, taking into consideration the fact that for specific interpretations of judgement in the School there were mainly innovative constructions of logic, conducting such a study seems to be crucial not only from the historical point of view (as the reconstruction of an important period of history of Polish philosophy and logic in Lvov) but also can provide plenty of interesting issues and serve as the source of inspiration for contemporary logic and meta-logic research. Therefore the way how to complete the task of the paper is like following: (1) to reconstruct a full range of theoretical propositions in the theory of judgment devised in the Lvov School; (2) to explicate epistemic and ontic foundations of theoretical propositions of the School and (3) to find, analytically develop, and introduce to science so far unknown scientific materials (dissertations, readings and academic lectures, correspondences, etc.). Сучасний стан досліджень наукової спадщини львіської філософської школи має численні прогалини, однією з яких є теорія судження цієї школи. Розглянуто показники динаміки ринку металопластикових віконних систем в Україні. Оцінено портфель продажу виробника продукції на ринку склопрозорих конструкцій. Виявлено основні проблеми, які заважають розвитку відповідного ринку. Наведено основні чинники, які в майбутньому дозволять розвиватися ринку склопрозорих конструкцій. The features and market trends glass-transparent structures. Analysis of the main producers of market structure characterized Ukrainian market windows trademarks used PVC profile. Considered indicators of market dynamics PVC window systems in Ukraine. Done assessment portfolio selling manufacturer of products on the market glass-transparent structures revealed the main problems that hinder the development of the market. Проведено експериментальні дослідження як адсорбційних властивостей ґрунтового середовища, так і процесу міграції компонентів мінеральних добрив вертикальним ґрунтовим профілем. The influence of the adsorption process of mineral fertilizers on the penetration and retention in the pores of the soil environment of various components of fertilizers was investigated. Experimental researches both of adsorption properties of the soil environment and migration process of components of fertilizers in vertical soil profile were done.Item Новітні методи дослідження адміністративно-правових явищ(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Ортинський, В.Порушуються питання вдосконалення методів дослідження адміністративно- правових явищ, виявлення місця та ролі структурно-функционального та факторного аналізу, можливостей застосування методів прикладної математики. Розглянуто особливості застосування інформаційно-статистичних засобів і методів системного аналізу для визначення тенденций у сфері соціальних явищ, які регулюються нормами адміністративного права. The article raises questions of improvement of research methods legal and administrative events, identify the place and role of structural-functional and factor analysis, possibilities of application of methods of applied mathematics. The features of information and statistical tools and methods of system analysis to identify trends in social phenomena that are governed by administrative law. Затрагиваются вопросы совершенствования методов исследования административно-правовых явлений, выявление места и роли структурно-функционального и факторного анализа, возможностей применения методов прикладной математики. Рассмотрены особенности применения информационно-статистических средств и методов системного анализа для определения тенденций в сфере социальных явлений, которые регулируются нормами административного права.
