Узагальнено основні підходи та проведено критичний аналіз методів визначення рівня ефективного і результативного функціонування органів публічного управління. Запропоновано підхід до визначення ефективності і результативності у досліджуваній сфері, який базується на основі синтезованого показника, складовими якого виступають кількісні і якісні характеристики досягнення поставлених цілей та економічність (ефективність, результативність) використання бюджетних ресурсів. Сформульовано систему вимірних компонентів та аргументовано доцільні підходи до вимірювання основних критеріїв і показників ефективності.Item Оцінювання комфортності умов руху пішоходів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-03-28) Житенко, О. Потреби пішоходів потрібно враховувати під час проектування нових доріг або реконструкції вже існуючих доріг. У багатьох містах України є багато проблем, пов’язаних з тротуарами та іншими елементами пішохідних об'єктів, тому їх необхідно оцінити і переобладнати за потреби. Основою цього дослідження є аналіз та застосування методів оцінювання рівня комфорту пішоходів, які успішно використовуються у світовій практиці.Item Методологічні аспекти оцінювання промислового потенціалу(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Станасюк, Н. С.Узагальнено методологічні підходи до оцінювання економічного потенціалу та визначено їх базисну основу. Запропоновано використання функціонального підходу до оцінювання промислового потенціалу. Розглянуто методи оцінювання потенціалу, здійснено їх класифікацію. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування економіко-математичних методів комплексного оцінювання промислового потенціалу. In the article methodological approaches to evaluating the economic potential are generalized. The whole set of approaches are divided into two groups: static approach, which is based on state of the potential, its system connections, and dynamic approach, which is based on consideration of the potential change processes (formation, use, development). The interconnection between economic potential and selected methodological approach to its assessment is established. On the basis of the the definition of the base of each approach resource, factor and structural approaches to the evaluation of industrial potential are identified. The application of functional approach to comprehensive assessment of industrial potential is offered. Characteristic features of this approach are: potential is determined by the interaction of components, each component has its own functionality, realization of each function requires a particular set of resources. Potential assessment methods are considered, their classification is conducted. Expediency of application economic and mathematical methods for the evaluation of industrial potential are grounded.Item Облікова політика підприємства щодо незавершеного виробництва(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Сторожук, Т. І.Узагальнюючи пропозиції авторів та враховуючи особливості незавершеного виробництва, його неоднозначність та різноплановість як об’єкта бухгалтерського спостереження, запропоновано розширений перелік елементів облікової політики, які впливають на облікове відображення незавершеного виробництва. Варіативність методів оцінювання і альтернативність облікового відображення незавершеного виробництва розширює самостійність підприємства і дає змогу підбирати елементи облікової політики, враховуючи вплив на фінансовий стан та фінансові результати діяльності. In the article the problem of accounting policies of work-in-progress are researched. Work-in-progress is one of the key objects of accounting because it directly influence on financial position and financial results of enterprise. Despite the possibility of using alternatives in accounting and reporting, the problem of accounting policies of work-inprogress becomes relevant. In the article theauthors’suggestions in part of isolatingelementsof accounting policiesregardingwork in progress are summarized. Due attentionis given toestimation of work-in-progress,which mayhave different versions. The inherency for work-in-progress characteristics of costs of enterprise and characteristics of inventories of enterprise must be considered in developing of accounting policies for work-in-progress. Based on this in article selected elements of accounting policies of work-in-progress are united in three groups: a) general organizational elements: b) elements as a part of inventories of enterprise; c) elements as a part of costs of enterprise. Variety of methods of estimation and alternativeness of accounting reflection of work-inprogress extend the independence of enterprise and allow it to select the elements of accounting policies with considering of it influence on financial position and financial results of activity.The final choice of various positions in accounting policies components for the workin progress should be made considering the peculiarities of the companyactivity.Item Аналізування стану інвестиційної конкуренції в Україні(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Ліпич, Л. Г.; Чорнуха, І. В.Розкрито сутність інвестиційної конкуренції, досліджено макросередовище підприємств будівельної галузі та оцінено рівень інвестиційної конкуренції між регіонами країни. Запропоновано методику оцінки стану інвестиційної конкуренції на основі коефіцієнтів концентрації капітальних інвестицій за регіонами України, що дало можливість з’ясувати рівномірність розподілу інвестицій по території країни та визначити стан інвестиційної конкуренції в країні. The article reveals the essence of investment competition and presents research of macroenvironment of enterprises of construction industry. Proved that attracting investment in the development of the national economy stands pressing issue today, because investment activity and investment in the country is a basic factor in the development of all sectors and particularly capital intensive, that is, the construction industry. The results of the analysis of the investment competition in macro construction enterprises, the content of basic indicators for enterprises. The analysis of the investment competition construction enterprises Ukraine found that a direct relationship between the level and degree of concentration factor is that the higher value of this index, the greater the degree of regional concentration of investments, and the weaker is the investment competition; increase in value of the index means reducing the concentration - the relationship is inverse. Based stateynoho study concluded that quantitative analysis of investment competition can be made on the basis of concentration ratios of capital investment by region of Ukraine, which will determine the uniformity of the distribution of investments across the country. The method of assessing the level of investment competition of macroenvironment based on the calculation of the coefficients of concentration of capital investment by region of Ukraine, that made possible to find even distribution of investment across the country and determine the state of the investment competition of macroenvironment of construction enterprises. Web recommendation system (recommendation system for web pages) are typically implemented on web servers and use the data obtained from the collection viewed web templates (implicit data) or user registration data (explicit data). In article considering methods and algorithms of web recommendation system based on the technology of data mining (web mining). Сучасна мережа Інтернет містить велику кількість веб-сайтів і сторінок на кожному веб-сайті. Веб-систему рекомендацій (рекомендаційну систему для веб- сторінок), як правило, втілюють на веб-серверах і використовують для даних, отриманих зі збірки проглянутих веб-шаблонів (неявні дані) чи реєстраційних даних користувачів (явні дані). В.Для визначення ефективності та забезпечення економічного розвитку будь-які процеси, явища та ресурси на підприємстві повинні бути вимірюваними та підлягати оцінці. Це стосується також персоналу підприємства та процесів, пов’язаних із управлінням ним. Тому актуальним питанням постає вибір оптимальних інструментів оцінювання, окреслення етапів процесу його здійснення, висвітлення потреб, задля яких здійснюється оцінювання. To determine the efficiency and economic development, any processes, events and resources at the enterprise must be measurable and be assessed. This statement also applies to company`s staff and processes related to staff management. Therefore, the current issues face the choice of optimal instruments of evaluation, outlining the stages of its implementation, coverage requirements, for which the assessment has to be done. This study outlines the concept of “Staff Assessment”, singled out the criteria for selecting assessment methods. Some methods, that allow making the most complete evaluation of personnel, are represented. The sequence of stages of personnel assessment on the industrial enterprise is proposed. In the article the relationship between existing assessment methods and requirements of the new law “About the workers’ professional development” is also analyzed. Finally the concept and stages of career development is discussed as the next step of the process of industrial enterprise staff management.
