Attention is spared to venture business and questions of development and introduction of innovative strategy of organization.Item Проблеми формування ефективного конкурентного середовища у сфері інноваційної діяльності(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) В. І. ДовбенкоПроаналізовано проблеми вітчизняної економіки, які стосуються розвитку конкурентних засад в інноваційній діяльності. Виявлено характер чинників впливу на процеси комерціалізації результатів НДДКР з урахуванням інтересів сторін учасників інноваційного процесу. Проведене дослідження дає змогу зробити висновки про можливості покращення інвестиційного клімату у сфері інноваційної діяльності у результаті формування конкурентоспроможних інноваційних кластерів та інших елементів сучасної інноваційної інфраструктури. In the article the problems of the domestic economy concerning development a competitive framework in innovation activity are analyzed. The nature of factors of influence on the processes of commercialization the R&D results in the interests of the innovation process party members are discovered. It is proved that existing approaches to planning, organization and promotion of scientific research do not address high risks of failure to obtain the expected results and the special nature of research work. Established that the use of external knowledge, inventions and technology provides additional opportunities to enterprises implementing innovative projects through collaboration with research institutions, suppliers, customers, competitors and the formation of open networks find innovative solutions. However, the low effectiveness of the existing domestic technology transfer leads to gaps in the chain of “science-production”, lack of demand for the results of scientific and technical activity is the main obstacle to the creation of regional innovation systems. These factors lead to a loss of competitive position on the market of high-technology products. Domestic enterprises are extremely behind foreign competitors with the creation of intellectual capital, which is a source of intangible assets. To change the situation in the field of science and innovation is necessary to change perception of development processes as predefined trajectory forward and keep in mind the cyclical development processes and the need to conduct continuous training to technological upgrading as the production and services, and also social services. The necessity of creation the structures that connect investors, developers, innovation, local and regional authorities, innovative structure and business entities to coordinate their actions to obtain the expected results during the process of commercialization the results of scientific research is signalized. It is proved the role of technology transfer networks in mutual approaching of science and business and promoting the disclosure the potential of new R & D for their further commercialization. In order to increase of innovation activity emphasizes the need to a significant increase the wages of the intellectual work of researchers involved in the process of development and implementation of innovation. The conducted research has allowed draw conclusions on the possibilities of improving the investment climate in the area of innovation activities as a result of formation the competitive innovation clusters and other elements of the modern innovation infrastructure. To change the situation in the field of innovation activity is important to create necessary conditions for the increasing financial attractiveness of participation in the development and implementation of innovation projects.Item Формування інноваційної інфраструктури автомобілебудівної промисловості в умовах європейського вектора розвитку національної економіки(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Терлецька, В. О.Досліджено та представлено визначення терміна “інноваційна інфраструктура”, сформовано класифікацію елементів інноваційної інфраструктури та запропоновано розглядати її як підсистеми однієї функціональної системи, які логічно і послідовно здійснюються у інноваційному процесі. Визначено основні завдання та суб’єкти інноваційної інфраструктури, досліджено проблеми формування та визначено шляхи і способи розв’язання проблем інноваційного розвитку автомобілебудівної промисловості України. Представлено у графічній формі динаміку придбання машин, обладнання та програмного забезпечення для реалізації інновацій за 2005–2013 рр. У табличній формі відображено інноваційну активність промислових підприємств за 2005–2013 рр. engineering and industrial production over the world. In the developed countries, the industry is strategic because it provides the development of many related industries, promotes the assimilation of high technologies, creation of final products with high added value, and contributes to the employment and bring appropriate charges to budgets. It is reasonable to develop machine – building industry in Ukraine as a strategic industry. Due to the necessity of withdrawal of economic stagnation related industries, the problem of employment and the reducing of the outflow of capital abroad. This is a strategic branch of the economy, where a potential of a country is being formed. The main problems of the domestic machine – building industry is relatively low technical and economic level, poorly developed production of components, improper implementation capacity of international scientific and technical cooperation, the lag in implementing environmental standards, the unresolved problem of recycling old cars, although the development of automobile industry in Ukraine has all the necessary resources, namely industrial base, skilled workforce, but the current domestic automotive industry is underdeveloped. The article explores and presents a definition of “innovation infrastructure”. Classification of the elements of innovation infrastructure has been formed and has been proposed to consider as a subsystem of a functional system that logically and consistently implemented in the innovation process. The main tasks and subjects of innovation infrastructure have been defined. The problems of formation have been investigated. The ways and means of solving the problems of innovative development of the automobile industry in Ukraine have been described. The dynamics of the purchase of machinery, equipment and software to implement innovation have been presented for the years 2005–2013 in the form of graphics. On the other hand, tables form display innovative activity of industrial enterprises for 2005–2013.Item Теоретичні основи оцінювання інноваційної інфраструктури(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Шотік, Т. An innovative infrastructure is at the same time the foundation and the catalyst of the innovative activity. It plays a leading role in supporting the innovative activity. The necessity to asses the innovative infrastructure is dictated by the lag of our state from the developed countries of the world.Item Система індикаторів оцінки інноваційного розвитку: регіональний аспект(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Уманець, Т. Запропоновано методику розрахунку інтегральних економічних індексів, наведено приклад їх використання під час розроблення чи підтримки управлінських рішень щодо інноваційного розвитку як регіону загалом, так і його складових. The tendencies of innovative development of regions of Ukraine are explored. The system of indexes which characterizes innovative development in a region is improved. The method of calculation of integral economic indexes is offered, the example of their use is resulted at development or support of administrative decisions in relation to innovative development as a region on the whole, and its constituents.Item Організаційне моделювання розвитку інноваційних підприємств в Україні та світі(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Мала, Н. The article analyzes the current state of innovation activity in Ukraine and studied the practice of stimulating innovation leading countries. Саме розвинена інноваційна інфраструктура є середовищем, яке дає змогу у максимально стислі терміни системно шукати та розробляти інноваційні технології. The activization problem of innovation activity in home economy has an important value in realization of market reforms and increasing of total efficiency of industry. The central position in the studies of given problem belongs to the question of innovation infrastructure development. Only the developed innovative infrastructure is an environment which allows in the shortest term perform the system search and development of innovation technologies.
