Хоча відбувся спад іноземних інвестицій в Україну, однак перспективи їх розвитку загалом обнадійливі. В.Встановлено, що здійснення інвестиційної діяльності неможливе без використання адекватної системи управління. Визначено, що ефективний менеджмент сприяє підвищенню потенціалу кожного підприємства, пом’якшує негативні впливи чинників зовнішнього середовища і успішно використовує переваги окремого суб’єкта господарювання. Управлінські дії менеджменту підприємства повинні бути спрямовані на раціональне використання наявних інвестиційних ресурсів і досягнення економічного успіху, що може виявлятися у їх стійкому економічному розвитку. Обґрунтовано, що менеджмент підприємств впливає на досягнення не тільки економічних, але і соціальних та інноваційних цілей тощо. The article stipulates that the performance of companies in the long term, ensuring their development and competitiveness is determined primarily by the level of investment activity and promotion of these activities. Implementation of investment is impossible without effective management system. Effective management promotes industrial and commercial potential of each company. Today, effective management of investment activity will mitigate negative impacts and successfully take advantage of a separate entity. The article aims to justify the need for the implementation of the management system investment. Author used the methods of scientific research: a retrospective, grouping and summarizing, system analysis. Theoretical and methodological basis of scientific research work consists of domestic and foreign scholars on issues of investment activity. The study identified the existence of problems in the management of investment activity, low level of management, the main reasons are: lack of preparedness of many entrepreneurs to develop high quality investment plans, lack of full access to market information, including through insufficiently developed information infrastructure market, low qualification of workers, employed in the preparation of feasibility studies and decisions. Formed the main characteristics of the management of the investment activity of the enterprise: investment management as a part of the overall management system is focused activities; of investment activity should be flexible and able to respond quickly to changes in the environment; efficiency of control can be achieved in the presence of an appropriate information security; of investment activity aimed at achieving its objectives, namely to ensure economic, innovative, social, environmental, etc; of investment activity should be exercise-based investment strategy. Overview factors under the control of the company (internal environment) and factors that are outside the sphere of influence (external environment) that make affect the management system. As the investment activity is part of the overall enterprise management system, there is a necessary to coordinate with other subsystems of the overall system management. The best approach to managing investment activities is value-oriented approach. The scientific novelty of the research is to create its own definition of investment – focused set of organizational and economic activities of individuals and legal entities and their associations on the attachment and sale of investments at risk in order to achieve positive results in business enterprises Because of investment activity is multifaceted and not disclosed phenomenon is important for further development of the theoretical framework on this issue.Item Механізм забезпечення реалізації інвестиційної діяльності в економіці регіону(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2007) Дробенко, Ю. Особлива увага приділена загальним засадам визначення сутності механізму управління макроекономічними та мікроекономічними процесами. Висвітлено окремі проблеми регіональної економіки, що вирішуються за умови регульованого впливу держави на створення привабливого інвестиційного середовища у регіоні. Визначено пріоритети і перспективи регіонального розвитку, а також пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму інвестиційної регіональної політики. The mechanism of investment activity’ management in the economy of region is analyzed at this article. The special attention is spared to general bases of determination of mechanism of macroeconomic and microeconomic’ process control essence. Lighted up some problems of regional economy, which could be solved at the managed influence of State on the formation of attractive investment environment at the region. Priorities and prospects of regional development, and also suggestion for perfection of investment regional policy mechanism are determined.Item Бюджетування в управлінні діяльностю підприємства з капітального інвестування(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Сажинець, С. Й.Обґрунтовано доцільність управління діяльністю підприємства з капітального інвестування на засадах автономності та комерціалізації. Запропоновано здійснювати системне управління доходами, витратами та фінансовими результатами цього виду діяльності відокремлено від операційної та інших видів діяльності підприємства. Визначено, що для досягнення цієї мети як найважливіший фінансовий інструмент слід використовувати бюджетування локальних та загальних інвестиційних проектів. Розроблено форми окремих видів бюджетів, наведено методику і приклади їх складання. In a highly competitive market enterprises, to increase production and sales, have to invest heavily in the development of stock capital. They make major construction, reconstruction, modernization, purchase and create their own noncurrent assets and other tangible and intangible fixed assets. Such activity of the company is referred to as the activity of capital investment. Its effective operation requires system management on the principles of autonomy and commercialization. In other words, investment activity should be carried out separately from other types of enterprise activity, produced objects of fixed assets are to be “sold” to the main (operating) activities of the company. In the described system of financial and economic relations leading role should belong to the management of investment project implementation on the basis of budgeting. This process involves budgeting of local investment projects for all objects of future fixed assets. Information on local budgets is subject for generalization to obtain consolidated budgets (by types and groups of non-current assets, business units, construction sites, ways of implementing investment works, sources of financing of capital investments, etc.). The main components of the budget, which will make up the value of investment projects, are to be direct and indirect expenses and profit. Direct budgetary expenses should be differentiated on the following: – Material expenses. Including materials, structures, machinery and industrial equipment, vehicles, tools, appliances, industrial and household equipment, transportation and procurement expenses and other material expenses; – Services. Their value should be directly included into the cost value of investment projects. It is advisable to allocate internal and external service contractors as a part of services; – Base and extra wages to the staff directly engaged in the works on creation of fixed assets; – Deductions for state compulsory social insurance; – Other direct expenses (for production of documents, business trips, etc.). Indirect expenses include: – General investment expenses of the units that perform the construction, manufacturing and improvement of fixed assets and other noncurrent assets; – General administrative expenses. They include the expenses on the maintenance of management system (deputy head of the company on the capital investment, the department of capital investment, etc.) and general administrative departments (warehouse, transport station, etc.), maintaining capital investment activities. Direct expenses should be calculated in accordance with the consumption of materials, contracts, orders and other documents. Indirect costs and profits are to be organized according to the established enterprise standards. Budgets of investment projects shall be used in planning the volume of capital investments, for accounting of actual investment expenses and monitoring the use of enterprise resources.Item Розвиток інвестиційної діяльності в Україні в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Моторнюк, У. Обґрунтовано необхідність розроблення та реалізування інтеграційної політики в Україні. Особливу увагу звернено на формування європейської інтеграційної ідеології в системі державного управління. Проаналізовано основні чинники, що впливають на розвиток інвестиційної діяльності в Україні в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. Узагальнено основні показники, що використовуються для оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості в контексті інтеграційних процесів. The investment activity in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes was analyzed in this article. Thesis there is determined the state and the main directions of its development. The necessity of developing and implementation of integration policy in Ukraine explained. Particular attention is paid to the formation of European integration ideology in public administration. The main factors influencing the development of investment activity in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes are analyzed in the article. Overview main indicators used for evaluation of investment attractiveness in the context of integration processes. The current integration policy dimension of the national state can be determined as a problem of formation of European integration ideology in public administration in the context of external factors as the direction of general public administration reform. In the process of integration ideology in governance is important to realize the following objectives: to identify content characteristics of the essence of historical bases of formation of Ukrainian foreign policy, explore the essence of a common EU foreign policy; identify and describe the factors that influence the formulation and implementation of foreign policy of Ukraine, to reveal the relationship between the characteristics of the formation of national identity model and content of Ukrainian national interests; to assess the role of government institutions in addressing the important foreign policy challenges in the face of increasing international influence on the political processes of the integration factor; assess the prospects for full and partial integration of Ukraine into the EU and Ukraine's contribution to European security in the context of research into the problems of the European integration process and the mechanisms of formation of the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU; analyzing the content of Ukrainian-European contradictions, identify the main perspectives of the constitution of Ukraine in the European democratic project to explore the potential and limiting factors of relations "Ukraine – EU". The transformation of public administration in the context of the European integration process requires systemic reforms under the criteria for EU membership and improvement of territorial organization of power in Ukraine in accordance with the principles of good governance set out in the regulations of the EU and the Council of Europe – the European Charter of Local Self-Government, the Single European Act, the Treaty about the EU. Ukraine, on the one hand, has exhausted the possibilities of market-based borrowing and live in debt, on the other – can not and does not need to support enterprises of real sector in the former scale, and under such conditions can not invest in infrastructure projects and other activities like European countries where the cost of maintaining regional development account for more than half of all allocated for these purposes amounts of money. Targeting resources external creditors only deepens debt bondage, out of which would be extremely burdensome. We'll have to raise the level of fiscal capacity by those sectors that can operate successfully, which means the slowdown of economic growth.Item Innovative investment type of economics as a condition for its effective functioning(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Bondarenko, Yu. Examines the legal framework for foreign investment in Ukraine. Investigate the practice and implementation of international treaties formulated tasks that help harmonize the ratio of international and domestic law regarding foreign investment contracts. Рассматривается правовая основа осуществления иностранных инвестиций в Украину. Исследуется практика выполнения международных договоров и формулируются задачи, решение которых поможет гармонизировать соотношение норм международного и внутреннего права относительно договоров иностранных инвестиций.Item Державне управління інвестиційними процесами у контексті(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Просович, О. П.; Бондаренко, Ю. Г.Зроблено спробу системно проаналізувати роль держави в управлінні інвестиційними процесами. Досліджено позиції основних економічних шкіл та погляди видатних українських економістів, які досліджували вплив держави на економічні процеси та важливість залучення інвестицій для ефективного розвитку держави, що є надзвичайно актуальним сьогодні у перерізі економічної та політичної кризи в Україні. Розглянута важливість залучення до роботи в органах державного управління кадрів з високим рівнем професійної компетентності, що дало змогу виявити таке: критерії духовності та моральності претендента на посаду державного службовця повинні стояти на одному щаблі з його кваліфікацією та досвідом роботи. З підтвердженням цієї думки виступали й українські економісти, зокрема Іван Вернадський, який доводив важливість духовного капіталу у процесі створення державності. Зроблено спробу схематично зобразити роль і вплив державного управління в процесі формування інвестиційно привабливої держави. Проаналізована проблема державного управління інвестиційними процесами дала змогу виявити необхідність державного управління для забезпечення ефективного розвитку економіки країни та його вагомий вплив на створення привабливих умов для інвестування на світовому рівні. An attempt to analyse systematically the role of state in administration of investment process is done in the article. The positions of main economic schools and opinions of famous Ukrainian economists, which probed influence of the state on economic processes and importance of attracting investments for effective development of the state, are investigated. Nowadays it is extremely actual especially taking into consideration the economic and political crisis within Ukraine. The importance of employment of personnel with high professional competence in the state administrative bodies in state administration is considered. That enabled to find out the following criteria – of spirituality and morality of candidate for position of public servant, which must stand on one stage along with his qualification and experience. The idea was supported by the Ukrainian economists, including Ivan Vernadskiy who proved the importance of spiritual capital in the process of creation of the state system. An attempt to represent schematically the influence and importance of state administration in the process of creation of the investment attractive state is done. The done analysis, devoted the problem of state administration of investment processes, enabled to probe necessity of state administration for effective development of economy of the state and its important influence on creation of attractive conditions for investing at world level.Item Умови залучення іноземних інвестицій на українські підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Томич, П. М.Розглянуто поняття іноземних інвестицій та форми їх залучення на вітчизняних підприємствах. З метою підвищення результативності їх діяльності наголошено на необхідності залучення іноземних інвестицій та розглянуто законодавчу базу у цьому напрямі. In the article the notion of foreign investment, and forms of their attracting in domestic enterprises is considered. With the purpose of increase of effectiveness of their activity in the article the need to attract foreign investment is underlined and a legislative base is considered in this area.
