    Modeling and forecasting of the state of the environment in the waste management and management system consumption of Kremenchuk urban territorial community in Wartim

    We consider waste management and management as an area of ​​ecological safety. As a result of the study, the ecological aspects of this branch of activity were analyzed on the example of the operation of the operating MSW landfill in the city of Kremenchuk. The prospective direction of the field of waste management in the region, as well as the state of its financing, are taken into account. Such dangerous factors in the operation of the municipal landfill for the environment as: pollution of groundwater and open dumps of the landfill have been identified. The chemical composition of the leachate formed in the body of the landfill was evaluated and the concentrations of pollutants were compared with the permissible values ​​in wastewater discharged to the city sewer. Priority measures for landfill reclamation were proposed. We analyzed solid household waste landfills from the point of view of resource-energy saving, as an alternative source of energy thanks to the use of generated biogas, as well as extracted secondary resources.

    Безвідходне виробництво в Україні: досвід ЄС

    На сьогодні принцип безвідходного виробництва (“zero-waste”) є не лише світовим трендом, а й ефективним механізмом захисту та збереження навколишнього середовища, а також повнішого використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємств. Головна ідея безвідходного виробництва – це перетворення сировини, що надійшла на підприємство, її залишків, а також відходів, отриманих у процесі виробництва, у готову продукцію, здатну приносити дохід. Україна у сфері управління відходами суттєво відстає від країн Європи, а обсяги генерованих відходів, стан полігонів і звалищ свідчать про надзвичайні ризики для навколишнього середовища і населення. Неефективне управління відходами в Україні, є, зокрема, наслідком наявної лінійної моделі економіки. Відповідно, буде проаналізовано сутність, ключові засади та принципи безвідходного виробництва на вітчизняних та європейських теренах із метою переймання кращого досвіду ЄС, що нині лідирує у цьому аcпекті в світі. Наведені висновки будуть корисними як окремим вітчизняним підприємствам, галузям, країні, так і громадянському суспільству загалом.

    Experimental research of parameters of industrial waters of canning plant and bakery. Analysis of treatment technologies

    One of the industries that uses large amounts of water is the food industry. Industrial, domestic managers of the production process stand out with it and enter the environment surrounded by contaminated effluents. Their main feature is the high content of dissolved organic matter and nitrogen. You can also create wall water to create aggregate-resistant colloids, which include animal and vegetable fats, proteins, starch, sugar, as well as salts, carbohydrates, dyes, thickeners, preservatives. As a result of the technology of treatment of such industrial effluents, is a combination of different technologies and methods of treatment and the creation of several units depending on the parameters of wastewater. The purpose of our work is: 1) Analysis of physical and chemical indicators of industrial waters of food industry enterprises, monitoring of their impact on the environment; 2) to outline perspective directions of technologies of industrial water purification and creation of closed water circulation systems.

    Ecological aspects of alcohol industry enterprises modernization at present stage of development

    At the present stage of development, the entire world industry has faced the problem of rational use of renewable natural resources, in particular the most efficient ways of wastewater treatment and the use of accumulated waste in the production process as secondary raw material. In particular, the alcohol industry, as one of the components of food, medical, chemical and various industries, leads to the formation of a huge amount of waste, including wastewater. The food industry, like any other industry, has a negative impact on the environment. Water bodies are the most affected by the food industry. Almost the first place in terms of water consumption per unit of production is the production of alcohol. Consumption of large amounts of water leads to the formation of wastewater, which is highly polluted and adversely affects the environment. Due to the high chemical and biological consumption of oxygen, specific colour and odor, suspended solids, low pH value, the purification of such waste in the filtration fields, and discharge into water bodies is not possible. The purpose of our work is: 1) the analysis of the alcohol industry potential in Ukraine in recent years, and methods of waste disposal as a potential source for the development of bioenergy. 2) environmental aspects of the alcohol industry modernization at the present stage of development and implementation of modern wastewater treatment technologies.

    Adaptation of circular economy principles to waste management in Ukraine

    Доведено, що неефективне управління відходами в Україні, що є, зокрема, наслідком існуючої лінійної моделі економіки, створює значні ризики для навколишнього середовища і населення. Це актуалізує імплементацію моделі циркулярної економіки, яка передбачає енергозбереження, регенеративне екологічно чисте споживання і виробництво, за прикладом ЄС, що є глобальним лідером із її впровадження. Україні в умовах євроінтеграції запропоновано скористатись вже напрацьованою в ЄС методикою, чітким алгоритмом імплементації циркулярної економіки, а також успішними прикладами міжнародних компаній. При цьому критичними визнано роль держави, чітку стратегію впровадження циркулярних принципів (в Україні вже втілюються окремі законодавчі ініціативи) та кардинальну зміну суспільних цінностей.

    Проблеми створення і ефективної діяльності екологістичних харчових і переробних підприємств малого та середнього бізнесу на теренах західної України

    У матеріалах статті проаналізовано причини та етапи становлення екологістики як різновиду інноваційної діяльності, спрямованої на збереження навколишнього середовища та екології довкілля. На прикладі підприємств харчової та переробної промисловості Західної України відображено потребу поетапного запровадження екологічної діяльності, у становленні якої не обійтись без сприяння органів місцевого самоврядування та органів державної влади. Показано, що за наявності певного сприяння органів місцевого самоврядування переробка органічних відходів може бути економічно вигідною для виробників харчової та переробної промисловостей.

    Experimental research of withdrawal of oil remains from the used “KOLLAN” oil filters

    This article provides the results of research of withdrawal of oil remains as a valuable resource from the filter elements of used oil filters in order to reuse them. The possibility of effective utilization (recycling) of the used filter paper with reduced capacity of ambient air is also considered in the research.

    Трансформація бухгалтерського обліку некондиційних результатів виробництва у відповідь на запити системи управління якістю продукції

    У статті обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення бухгалтерського обліку неконди- ційних результатів виробничого процесу з метою його адаптації до інформаційних потреб управління якістю продукції. Проаналізовано підходи до обліку браку та відходів виробництва та запропоновано модель трансформації існуючої практики ведення обліку шляхом введення додаткових субрахунків та побудови бухгалтерських записів щодо некондиційних результатів виробництва.

    Мікроорганізми як деструктори та індикатори токсичності гетероциклічних сполук

    Розглянуто проблему забруднення природних об’єктів відходами техногенного походження як накопичувачів токсичних хімічних сполук. Наведено дані щодо кількості відходів роботи підприємств хімічної, гірничорудної, лісової та деревообробної, машинобудівної, металургійної, будівельної, паливно-енергетичної, харчової та легкої промисловостей України та вказано відсоток їх утилізації. Проаналізовано види токсичності речовин та різні види мікроорганізмів, які здатні їх виявляти. Також наведено приклади бактерій, дріжджів і грибів як деструкторів токсичних речовин. The article considers the problem of pollution of natural objects with technogenic waste as storage of toxic chemical compounds. The data on the amount of waste of the enterprises of chemical, mining, forestry and wood processing, machine building, metallurgy, construction, energy, food and light industries of Ukraine and a specified percentage of their disposal is presented. Types of toxic substances and various types of microorganisms that are able to detect them are analyzed. Also are given examples of bacteria, yeast and fungi as destructors of toxic substances.

    Утилізація цінних компонентів із відпрацьованих малих джерел електричного струму

    Проаналізовано якісний та кількісний склади типових відпрацьованих малих джерел електричного струму сольової та лужної природи. Визначено усереднений вміст у них головних ресурсних компонентів. Показано можливість і доцільність їх утилізації. Запропоновано технологічні засади перероблення з вилученням цінних компонентів. Technological principles of processing of exhaust elements of feed with the purpose of utilization from them of valuable components are analysed. It is rotined, possibility and expedience of their exception from the exhaust galvanic systems of salt and alkaline nature.
