Item Study of the anaerobic process of industrial water purification in combination with sorption methods(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2023-02-28) Popovych, Olena; Havryshko, Marianna; Yaremko, Halyna; Makovskiy, Yevhenii; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe issues of rational use of natural resources, ecological safety and environmental protection are extremely urgent and require immediate human influence on the optimization of technological processes, reducing the impact on the ecosystem. The implementation of food industry technology is accompanied by the formation of a significant amount of wastewater, into which about a third of processed raw materials go, and the concentration of polluting components in them is 10...100 times higher than in household water. The choice of wastewater treatment methods depends on their composition, prospects for further use, the economic feasibility of applying the methods, and the payback rate of the equipment. Therefore, the modern direction of the development of scientific research and wastewater treatment technology consists in the development of fundamentally new methods of deep wastewater treatment and the study of the possibility of using sorbents of natural and artificial origin.Item Experimental research of parameters of industrial waters of canning plant and bakery. Industrial, domestic managers of the production process stand out with it and enter the environment surrounded by contaminated effluents. Their main feature is the high content of dissolved organic matter and nitrogen. You can also create wall water to create aggregate-resistant colloids, which include animal and vegetable fats, proteins, starch, sugar, as well as salts, carbohydrates, dyes, thickeners, preservatives. As a result of the technology of treatment of such industrial effluents, is a combination of different technologies and methods of treatment and the creation of several units depending on the parameters of wastewater. The purpose of our work is: 1) Analysis of physical and chemical indicators of industrial waters of food industry enterprises, monitoring of their impact on the environment; 2) to outline perspective directions of technologies of industrial water purification and creation of closed water circulation systems.Item Ecological aspects of alcohol industry enterprises modernization at present stage of development(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2020-02-24) Havryshko, Marianna; Popovych, Olena; Yaremko, Halyna; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityAt the present stage of development, the entire world industry has faced the problem of rational use of renewable natural resources, in particular the most efficient ways of wastewater treatment and the use of accumulated waste in the production process as secondary raw material. In particular, the alcohol industry, as one of the components of food, medical, chemical and various industries, leads to the formation of a huge amount of waste, including wastewater. The food industry, like any other industry, has a negative impact on the environment. Water bodies are the most affected by the food industry. Almost the first place in terms of water consumption per unit of production is the production of alcohol. Consumption of large amounts of water leads to the formation of wastewater, which is highly polluted and adversely affects the environment. Due to the high chemical and biological consumption of oxygen, specific colour and odor, suspended solids, low pH value, the purification of such waste in the filtration fields, and discharge into water bodies is not possible. The purpose of our work is: 1) the analysis of the alcohol industry potential in Ukraine in recent years, and methods of waste disposal as a potential source for the development of bioenergy. 2) environmental aspects of the alcohol industry modernization at the present stage of development and implementation of modern wastewater treatment technologies.Item Проблеми створення і ефективної діяльності екологістичних харчових і переробних підприємств малого та середнього бізнесу на теренах західної України(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2018-02-26) Афтаназів, І. На прикладі підприємств харчової та переробної промисловості Західної України відображено потребу поетапного запровадження екологічної діяльності, у становленні якої не обійтись без сприяння органів місцевого самоврядування та органів державної влади. Виявлено основні зміни щодо стану активності підприємств харчової промисловості на ринку. Доведено, що високоефективні підприємства харчової галузі здатні забезпечити стрімке зростання усієї галузі, що приведе до підвищення рівня її інвестиційної привабливості.Item Моделювання та просторовий аналіз емісійних процесів від целюлозно-паперової та харчової промисловостей Польщі(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2014) Чарковська, Н. В.; Стрямець, О. С.; Бунь, Р. А.Розроблено математичні моделі для просторового аналізу процесів емісії парникових газів від виробництва паперу та целюлози, харчових продуктів та напоїв. З використанням геоінформаційної технології отримано оцінки емісій парникових газів у Польщі як для заводів, так і на рівні елементарних ділянок 2x2 км. The mathematical models for spatial analysis of GHG emission processes from pulp, paper, food products and beverages have been developed. Using geoinformation technology the estimates of GHG emissions in Poland at the level of production plants, as well as at the level of elementary areas 2 km x 2 km in size have been obtained.Item Удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємств харчової промисловості в Україні(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Музика, В. М.Проведено аналіз сучасного стану майнового потенціалу підприємств харчової промисловості, визначено особливості та основні проблеми його розвитку, доведено необхідність планування розвитку майнового потенціалу як важливої складової сукупного потенціалу підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Розглянуто авторське бачення щодо визначення понять «майновий потенціал» та «планування майнового потенціалу». The property potential of food industry enterprises in the current situation are analyzed in the article. Main problems and features of their evolution are determined. The necessary of planning the development of property potential as important part of general potential is proved. Such economics categories as "property potential" and "planning of potential" are viewed by author.
