Методичні підходи до обґрунтування оптимального варіанта інвестування суб'єктів господарювання в регіоні

Abstract

Досліджується проблема правильного вибору основних критеріїв оптимального варіанта інвестицій для місць можливого інвестування (ММІ). Доведено, що при порівнянні взаємозамінних варіантів інвестування машинобудівних підприємств використовується коефіцієнт приведення. Досліджується вплив амортизаційної політики держави на вибір оптимального варіанта інвестицій для ММІ. Пропонується удосконалення методичних підходів до обґрунтування вибору оптимального варіанта інвестування за рахунок дисконтування у межах нормативного терміну окупності у галузі машинобудування. There is examined the problem of the correct selection of the main criteria for optimal variant of investment as for places of possible investments (РPI) in this article. It is proved that at the comparison of the interchanging variants of investments in the machine building enterprises it is necessary to use the coefficient of reduction. The influence of the depreciation state policy into the selection of optimal variant of investment for РPI is examined. It is proposed the improvement of methodic approaches to ground the selection of optimal variants of investment using discounting in the ranges of regular payback period in machine building.
