Abstract
Paper presents the results of research relating to the establishment and functioning of producer groups in the Polish law and EU law, in particular in the area of creating of producer groups in the form of limited liability companies. In paper have been included recent changes in national law well as issues arising from the forthcoming reform of the common agricultural policy.
