Abstract

In the present paper highlights the issues of legal regulation of the contract of donation. The aim of the thesis is to address problem areas in the regulatory process execution and termination of such contract. The research revealed insufficient regulation of clear procedures regarding the donation contract. The novelty of the work lies in the precise formulation of the problem concerning the regulation of this issue. Elucidated the issues of legal regulation of relations under the contract of donation. The nature of the donation contract, its subjects, peculiarities of some objects. Background is that at present no clear mechanism of regulation of the transaction. And in this research work shows the problem to be addressed.
