Принципи забезпечення полівекторного розвитку підприємств

Abstract

Обґрунтовано, що результативний та цільовий полівекторний розвиток підприємств може бути забезпечений тоді, коли він ґрунтується на певних вихідних положеннях, обґрунтованих засадах – принципах. Виконані дослідження дали змогу виокремити ключові принципи забезпечення полівекторного розвитку підприємств, до яких зараховано: достатнє ресурсне забезпечення полівекторного розвитку, забезпечення цільового управлінського впливу, коеволюційність перетворень, когерентність перетворень, використання впливу важелів на забезпечення полівекторного розвитку, систематичне усунення інгібіторів розвитку, реагування на непрогнозовані зміни середовища функціонування, моделювання полівекторного розвитку за усіма напрямами, єдина стратегічна спрямованість трансформацій. Запропоновані принципи забезпечення полівекторного розвитку підприємств дають змогу: сформувати підприємствам підвалини для планування, організування, контролювання, регулювання та реалізації якісного полівекторного розвитку; врахувати усі необхідні передумови для полівекторного розвитку; оцінити необхідність у важелях впливу для забезпечення очікуваних параметрів полівекторного розвитку; розуміти вихідні положення щодо забезпечення ефективного полівекторного розвитку. Reasonably, that effective and having a special purpose polivector development of enterprises can be provided then, when he is base on certain initial positions, reasonable principles. The executed researches gave an opportunity to distinguish key principles of providing of polivector development of enterprises it is reckoned to that: sufficient resource providing of polivector development (so as polivector development always envisages the scale of transformations, he needs the proper providing informative, material, technological, labour, financial, investment resources); providing of having a special purpose administrative influence (as polivector development can not be chaotic or evolutional, he needs the proper planning, organization, reason and controlling, effective influence on all, who is involved in the process of realization of totality of organizational changes); coevolution transformations (speech goes about synchronization and logic of transformation changes after the different types of activity, stages, measures within the limits of the expected cycle of polivector development); coherentness of transformations (envisages the high level of concordance of changes after different directions of functioning of enterprise on semantic parameters, and also construction of technology of transformations, that gives an opportunity to connect all vectors of development in the only general vector of development of enterprise); the use of influence of levers is on providing of polivector development (stimulation and activation of polivector development of enterprises can come true both from an internal and from external environment on the basis of the use of levers, id est instruments of influence on activity of enterprise); systematic removal of inhibitors of development (removals of those factors, that slow or brake transformation); reacting is on the unforecast changes of environment of functioning (speech goes both about adaptation to the changes of environment of functioning and about passing of these changes); a design of polivector development is after all directions (envisages the miscalculation of alternative variants of development of different spheres of enterprise in the conditions of achievement of only strategic aim); only strategic orientation of transformations (not having regard to that within the limits of polivector development the dominant and consequence vectors of development are always present, they are inferior to the certain goal of higher order, that determines priorities of strategic development of enterprise). The offered principles of providing of polivector development of enterprises give an opportunity: to form to the enterprises of foundation for planning, organization, controlling, adjusting and realization of quality polivector development; to take into account all necessary pre-conditions for polivector development; to estimate a necessity for the levers of influence for providing of the expected parameters of polivector development; to understand initial positions in relation to providing of effective polivector development.
