Abstract
В дисертації визначено історико-теоретичні передумови реструктуризації територій промислових об’єктів. Розроблено методику реструктуризації територій промислових об’єктів у сучасному місті. Визначено особливості реструктуризації територій промислових об’єктів міст Західної. Європи та України. Виявлено чинники розвитку виробництва та трансформації територій промислових об’єктів українських та зарубіжних міст. Запропоновано схему визначення потенціалу територій промислових об’єктів за здатністю до реструктуризації Сформульовано прийоми та практичні рекомендації функціонально-планувальної реструктуризації територій промислових об’єктів міст. В диссертации определены историко-теоретические предпосылки реструктуризации территорий промышленных объектов. Разработана методика реструктуризации территорий промышленных объектов в современном городе. Определены особенности реструктуризации территорий промышленных объектов городов Западной Европы и Украины. Обнаружены факторы развития производства и трансформации территорий промышленных объектов украинских и зарубежных городов. Предложена схема определения потенциала территорий промышленных объектов по способности к реструктуризации. Сформулированы приемы и практические рекомендации функционально-планировочной реструктуризации территорий промышленных объектов городов. The historical and theoretical premises of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring have been defined i.e. architectural and urban development; social and economic; ecological; culturological; time influence). The method of the modern large historical city’s industrial areas restructuring have been developed. Peculiarities of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring of West Europien and Ukrainian cities have been revealed. The factors of national and foreign production as well as transformation of the industrial objects’ territories have been found out. The sheme of the industrial objects’ territories potential definition has been put forward. The methods and the practical recommendations of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring of the cities have been formulated. The topicality of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring is caused by the fact that these territories are considered as the city reserve for further functional and planning integration and balanced architectural and planning development. The paper generalizes theoretical approaches and the tasks solution concerning the restructuring of the industrial objects’ territories of Ukrainian cities. The paper summarizes the results of previous researches and practices of the industrial objects’ territories organization. The city-planning and economic theories of industrial objects’ territories forming and developing as a separate element of the city and its component have been presented and analyzed. Cities are constantly developing under the influence of technological progress, resulting in functional and planning changes of territories in accordance with the new requirements of the time. The influence of time transformations on the development and functional organization of industrial objects’ territories as structural elements of the city has been clarified. The model of industrial objects’ territories development as a combination of Western European approaches and re-evaluation of the industrialization inheritance of the USSR period in the formation of the city has been suggested. The thesis contains the analysis of the foreign practice of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring including formation, its successful functioning in the city structure, period of decline of production and the search for ideas of urban-functional transformation and finally implementation of the restructuring concepts. The conclusions drawn examples of the projects implemented concern industrial objects’ territories restructuring of West European cities, which strengthen the metropolitan role of city and become attraction centers of the united Europe taking into account cities’ and regions’ strategy development. The latter should be implemented in Ukraine where according to the analysis made only urgent needs are taking into consideration at present. The techniques of functional and planning industrial objects’ territories restructuring have been determined. They are: preservation of functional purpose of territory; partial preservation of functional purpose of territory and change of functional purpose of territory. Techniques differ in the degree of industrial objects’ territories transformation: complete transformation of architectural and planning structure and functional organization of the industrial objects’ territories; partial transformation of both: the architectural and planning structure, as well as the functional organization of the industrial objects’ territories; full or partial (combined) transformation of one of the components of the organization the industrial objects’ territories. The recommendations of the functional and planning restructuring of the industrial objects’ territories have been worked out. They concern the architectural and planning structure of the industrial objects’ territories, spatial and functional organization of industrial objects’ territories, provision of the ecological state of industrial objects’ territories; preservation of the discovered architectural and cultural monuments and capital construction. The algorithm of the functional and planning industrial objects’ territories restructuring have also been suggested. The first stage of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring is the introducing of industrial objects’ territories restructuring in the city's development strategy. The restructuring should enter the city general plan based on the city's development strategy. The next final stage is the development of the industrial objects’ territories restructuring project for a specific territory.
