Контролінг інноваційної діяльності машинобудівних підприємств

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена обґрунтуванню теоретичних положень, розробці науково-методологічних та практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення контролінгу інноваційної діяльності машинобудівних підприємств. У роботі поглиблено економічну сутність понять «контролінг», «контролінг інноваційної діяльності підприємств». Розкрито теоретичний аспект формування контролінгу інноваційної діяльності машинобудівних підприємств. Здійснено порівняльне оцінювання стану та результативності інноваційної діяльності підприємств в Україні та країнах ЄС. Визначено особливості розвитку інноваційної діяльності промислових і машинобудівних підприємств в Україні та Львівській області. Оцінено ефективність управління інноваційною діяльністю та визначено практичні аспекти застосування контролінгу на машинобудівних підприємствах Львівської області. Сформовано концептуальний підхід до формування та впровадження контролінгу інноваційної діяльності на машинобудівних підприємствах. Розроблено методичний підхід до оцінювання здатності машинобудівних підприємств реалізовувати інноваційний потенціал. Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення системи розроблення, прийняття і реалізації управлінських рішень у контролінгу інноваційної діяльності. Диссертация посвящена обоснованию теоретических положений, разработке научно-методологических и практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию контроллинга инновационной деятельности машиностроительных предприятий. В работе углубленно экономическую сущность понятий «контроллинг», «контроллинг инновационной деятельности предприятий». Раскрыто теоретический аспект формирования контроллинга инновационной деятельности машиностроительных предприятий. Проведено сравнительное оценивание состояния и результативности инновационной деятельности предприятий в Украине и странах ЕС. Определены особенности развития инновационной деятельности промышленных и машиностроительных предприятий в Украине и Львовской области. Оценена эффективность управления инновационной деятельностью и определены практические аспекты использования контроллинга на машиностроительных предприятиях Львовской области. Сформирован концептуальный подход к формированию и внедрения контроллинга инновационной деятельности на машиностроительных предприятиях. Разработан методический подход к оценке способности машиностроительных предприятий реализовывать инновационный потенциал. Обоснованы направления совершенствования системы разработки, принятия и реализации управленческих решений в контроллинге инновационной деятельности. The dissertation is devoted to the verification of theoretical concepts, the development of practical, scientific and methodological recommendations for improving controlling of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises. Nowadays, the theoretical background on this specific issues of basics, functions, techniques, methods and process of innovation activity controlling does not meet recent days requirements. There is no single conceptual approach to defining components of the system of innovation activity controlling of enterprise and the processes of its implementation and application. Considering this, there is an urgent need for further thorough study of the basic principles of innovation activity controlling functioning and on their basis to improve the organizational and informational support of the management decision making system in order to increase the efficiency of machine-building enterprise operations. Thus, the objective need to systematize theoretical knowledge about controlling of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises and the development of conceptual and methodological principles of its implementation and functioning determined the topicality of the theme being studied in the dissertation, its purpose and objectives of the research. In the first chapter “Theoretical and Applied Fundamentals of Controlling of Innovation Activity of the Enterprise”, the economic nature of the concepts “controlling” and “controlling the innovation activity of the enterprise” is revealed and deepened. The role of controlling of innovation activity in the innovation management and the general structure of controlling of enterprises is specified. It is determined and substantiated expediency of applying controlling of innovation activity at machine-building enterprises. In the second chapter “Evaluation of Innovation Activity and Controlling at Machine-Building Enterprises”, a comparative assessment of the state and performance of innovation activity of enterprises in Ukraine and the EU countries is made; features of the innovation activity of industrial enterprises including machine-building enterprises in Ukraine and Lviv region are determined; the efficiency of innovation activity management is assessed; practical aspects for using controlling at machine-building enterprises of Lviv region are defined. Within the framework of expert survey of managers of machine-building enterprises in Lviv region, it is assessed the efficiency of functioning of the innovation activity management system in general and its individual elements in particular. The implementation degree of the controlling in the economic practice of innovative active machine-building enterprises of Lviv region is determined. In the third chapter “Improvement of Organization and Information Support of Controlling of Innovation Activity of Machine-Building Enterprises”, the author improves methodological approaches to the implementation and applying controlling of innovation activity at machine-building enterprises, as well as theoretical and methodological principles of assessment of the ability to realize the innovative potential of enterprises; a model of metadata formation of controlling of innovation activity at machine-building enterprises is suggested. Taking into account that the effectiveness of management decisions depends on the ability of the management system to apply them in practice, the process approach to realization of general and specific management functions in the field of innovation activity based on controlling is improved in the dissertation work. Considering research findings, the author presents methodological approaches to the implementation and applying controlling of innovation activity at machine-building enterprises. They provide the phased improvement of the information and organization systems of the machine-building enterprise management through realizing the process of implementation and improvement of controlling of innovation activity. The presented model of metadata formation of controlling of machine-building enterprises innovation activity enables to construct information support in three data areas: 1) by individual innovation projects; 2) by types of innovations; 3) on resource ability to implement innovation policy. The principles, approaches and recommendations for ensuring the effective functioning of hardware and software in controlling innovation activity are developed. In particular, the analysis of domestic and foreign IT companies’ proposals allowed distinguishing a number of priority software products that can be used for forming a comprehensive system of information support of controlling of innovation activity. The theoretical and methodological principles of assessment of the ability to realize the innovation potential of enterprises through resource and synergy components are developed. On their basis the author forms a balanced indicators system which, on the one hand, allows us to determine the enterprise’s technical, technological, commercial and administrative capacity to effectively ensure the implementation of innovation activity in the long run. On the other hand, it includes assessment of innovation processes, innovative projects and integrated operation of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises. On the basis of individual indicators of perspective innovative functioning presented in the framework of theoretical and methodological principles of assessing the ability to comprehend enterprise innovation potential, the author builds an additive model of express evaluation of the level of actual deviations from the plan in controlling of innovation activity.
