Фірма “IFM Electronic” – новий партнер кафедри інформаційно-вимірювальних технологій

Abstract

Наведено короткий історичний огляд становлення фірми “IFM Electronic”, стисло подано номенклатуру продукції, яку вона випускає сьогодні. Описано деякі типи сенсорів, які випускає фірма. З використанням наданих сенсорів створено дев’ять лабораторних макетів в найсучаснішій навчально-дослідницької лабораторії первинних перетворювачів фізичних величин (сенсорів), які дадуть змогу унаочнити і покращити вивчення дисциплін “Методи та засоби вимірювання неелектричних величин і “Первинні вимірювальні перетворювачі”, ознайомити студентів напряму “Метрологія та інформаційно-вимірювальні технології” із сучасними високоточними сенсорами і широким діапазоном їх використання.
Cathedra “Information and measurement technologies” of Lviv Polytechnic National University raises a preparation of specialists in measuring technology and metrology to a new level with a support from “IFM Еlectronic” – a leading company in development and production of non-electric quantities sensors and automatization elements in Europe. IFM Electronic from the moment of its establishment is continuously growing and developing. Today in the range of products manufactured by it, there are more than eight thousand items, including: contactless inductive position and approximation sensors IFM Electronic; magnetic cylinder sensors; capacitive approximation and level sensors; sensors of flow of liquids and gases; electronic temperature sensors; objects recognition sensors; contactless optical sensors IFM Electronic (including standard optical approximation sensors, optical sensors with fiber optics, contrast labeled sensors, laser rangefinders); corner encoders (angular displacement sensors); pressure sensors (with ceramic membrane for food production and general industry IFM Elektronic) – pride of the company IFM Electronic; sensors for a safety during production; levels and limit level sensors; diagnostic systems (vibration sensors for control and prevention of wearing); sensors and accessories As-is; radio identification RFID; power supplies; and also accessories and connectors. Particularly noteworthy is the special software IO-Link, that is developed by company. This software is intended for work with practically whole range of sensors. It allows not only to program measurement ranges, resolution, precision and so on, but also visualize the results of measurements and send them for further processing. Some types of sensors manufactured by IFM Electronic today, in particular liquid level sensors of the type LR300 and LMT, are intended for measurement of water level and water-based lubricating liquids; fluid flow sensors of the type SA5000, that uses calorimetric method, of type SV4204, that uses whirlwind principle, of type SM6000, that uses electromagnetic principle, of type SI5000, that uses calorimetric principle. There also are vibration sensors of the type VNB001, which uses capacitive principle (MEMS accelerometer) and which measures the average vibration velocity. Also a tilt angle sensor of the type JN2200, the operating principle of which is a two-axis integrated accelerometer, executed on the basis of MEMS-technology. Measuring linear acceleration converters are used to measure the angles of inclination of bodies, forces of inertia, shock loads and vibrations. Also a distance measuring sensor of the type O1D1100, the principle of its work – measuring the passage time of a light beam. Also a pressure measuring sensor of the type PN2096, the principle of its work is a ceramic capacitive accelerometer (MEMS). Also a inductive sensor of the type IM5141, principle of its work is inductive. Also a objects recognition sensor of the type O3D302, principle of its work is measuring the passage time of a light beam. The sensor illuminates the object with the help of an internal source of infrared light and calculates the distance with light reflected from the surface. Programming of the sensor is carried out with the help of IO-Link software. To date, 9 laboratory models with use of IFM Electronic sensors have been created at the cathedra of “Information and measurement technologies”. First laboratory model is intended for analysis and study of the principles of operation and measuring flow rates using sensors such as SA5000, SV4204, SM6000, SI5000. Second laboratory model shows abilities of turning angle sensor (inclinometer) of type JN2200. Third laboratory model is intended for work with thermoresistive temperature sensors of type TD2241. Fourth laboratory model is intended to work with laser distance measuring sensors of type O1D100. Fifth laboratory model allows to study the measurement of the level of matter with help of LR3000 and LMT sensors. Sixth laboratory model allows to study the vibration of object with help of vibration sensor of type VNB001. Seventh laboratory model demonstrates the capabilities of optical 2D and 3D sensors, namely the sensor of type O3D302. Eighth laboratory model allows to make measurements of high temperatures with help of an infrared temperature sensor of type …Ninth laboratory model allows to measure the speed and frequency of engine rotation with use of RUP500 sensor.
Осуществлен краткий исторический обзор становления фирмы “IFM Electronic”, кратко представлена номенклатура, которую она выпускает сегодняшня. Описаны некоторые типы сенсоров, выпускаемых фирмой. С использованием предоставленных сенсоров создано девять лабораторных макетов в современной учебно-исследовательской лаборатории первичных преобразователей физических величин (сенсоров), которые позволят сделать наглядно и улучшить изучения дисциплин “Методы и средства измерения неэлектрических величин и “Первичные измерительные преобразователи”, ознакомить студентов направления “Метрология и информационно-измерительные технологии” с современными высокоточными сенсорами и широким диапазоном их использования.
