Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the
specifics of the functioning of libraries in the remote
mode to ensure access to information without
compromising the safety of users and employees.
Attention is focused on the need to respond quickly to
the development of online services, creating chatbots,
expanding the presence of libraries in social networks.
