Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні основи та прикладні проблеми закупівельної діяльності машинобудівних підприємств в сучасних умовах, Систематизовано існуючі та розвинуто критерії класифікації видів закупівельних ситуацій на промислових підприємствах загалом. Розкрито сутність чотирьох основних видів закупівель: закупівлі у одного постачальника, закупівлі у єдиного існуючого на ринку постачальника, закупівлі у двох постачальників і закупівлі у багатьох постачальників. Розглянуто особливості видів закупівельних ситуацій на машинобудівних підприємствах, зокрема закупівлі «just in time», закупівлі одиничних елементів та закупівлі модулів.
