Шумова модель вхідного кола шумового термометра на основі інструментального підсилювача

Abstract

Запропоновано шумову модель вхідного кола шумового термометра на основі інструментального підсилювача, яка описує залежність вихідної напруги підсилювача від шумових параметрів чутливого елемента первинного перетворювача, лінії зв’язку, операційних підсилювачів та резисторів зворотного зв’язку першого каскаду. Отримано математичний вираз еквівалентної сумарної шумової напруги, зведеної до входу шумового термометра. It was proposed the noise model of input circle of noise thermometer based on the instrumental amplifier, which describes the dependence of output voltage of amplifier from the noise parameters of the sensitive element of the primary converter, the lines of connection, the operational amplifiers and the resistors of the feedback of the first cascade. It was obtained the mathematical expression of the equivalent total noise voltage, which is reduced to the input of the noise thermometer.
