Abstract
Розглянуто виклики функціоналізму в системогенезі мотивів менеджменту
відповідно до тенденцій розвитку підприємницької діяльності. Представлено концепцію
кореляції провідних та похідних функцій функціоналізму. Узагальнено перспективи
спонукальної дії складових чинників функціоналізму. Визначено реструктуризацію
провідних функцій взаємовпливу, взаємозв’язку, взаємозалежності відповідно до
суб’єктивно-об’єктивних відношень організаційних структур у системі менеджменту
підприємницької діяльності маркетингу, логістики. Висунуто гіпотезу визначення
тріалогу функціонала та побудови алгоритму функціонування інфраструктури
підприємницької діяльності.
Functionalism in the system of management of business activity relates to determination of the challenges that require solution of problems of reformation of the rules of functional order. They include determination of practical value of management of business activity, perception of pragmatic tendencies of the development of marketing and logistics organizational structure interaction, regulation of subjective and objective relations at the levels of institutional regulation and infrastructural formations, coordination of interaction of the major functions of interinfluence, interconnection, interdependence and derived functions of management, marketing, logistics in compliance with the trialogue of organizational structures and their heterogenic classification. Prospects of inducing action of the components of transition of means of business activity according to the approach of material-energetic and energetic-information exchange are subject to generalization. It is noted that in the process of general European integration, the infrastructure of management of business activity and functional of the system of management, marketing, logistics find new expression with the transition from functional interdependence of trialogical nature to self-sufficiency as a comprehensive and self-administration component of business activity. Requirements with regard to formation of strategies of ecological and economic protection, geo-ecological space and protection of the environments of scientific space in the context of innovations projects of functionalism.
