Синтез і властивості плівок індій сульфіду, одержаних хімічним осадженням

Abstract

Розглянуто та проаналізовано основні аспекти синтезу тонких плівок індій сульфіду методом хімічного осадження. Звернуто увагу на вибір методу хімічного осадження у зв’язку з його перевагами. Проаналізовано основні умови синтезу плівок (природа і концентрація реагуючих речовин робочого розчину, температура, час осадження, природа підкладки, умови відпалу) та розглянуто їхній вплив на фазовий склад, оптичні та морфологічні властивості плівок. Підсумовано результати досліджень фізико-хімічних властивостей плівок. Виділено оптимальні умови хімічного осадження плівок індій сульфіду залежно від природи підкладки і способу її попередньої підготовки. Особлива увага приділена аналізу, порівняння фізико-хімічних власти- востей плівок залежно від умов синтезу.The main aspects of synthesis of indium sulphide thin films by chemical deposition were considered and analyzed. The attention is focused on the choice of chemical bath deposition method due to its benefits. Analyzed basic conditions of synthesis films (nature and concentration of the reagents in working solution, temperature, precipitation time, the nature of the substrate, annealing conditions) and examined their impact on the phase composition, optical and morphological properties of the films. Summed up investigations results of physical and chemical properties of the films. Highlighted optimal conditions for chemical bath deposition films of indium sulfide depending on the nature of the substrate and the method of preparation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis, comparison physical and chemical properties of films according to the synthesis conditions.
