Item Simultaneous methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid obtaining over zirconium-containing catalysts(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Nebesna, Yuliia; Nebesnyi, Roman; Ivasiv, Volodymyr; Lapychak, Nazarii; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityMethyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid are widely used monomers. The aldol condensation of methyl propionate and formaldehyde is perspective process for simultaneous obtaining of this methacrylate monomers. It was found that zirconium-containing catalysts are active in this process. The effect of zirconium content in the catalyst on methyl propionate conversion and yield of methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid has been determined. The best catalyst for methyl propionate condensation with formaldehyde has been found.Item Formation of polymer microcapsules with encapsulated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Melnyk, Roman; Serdiuk, Vitalii; Kovalenko, Tetiana; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversitySurface functionalized iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are a kind of novel functional materials, which can be widely used in biotechnology and catalysis as magnetic separation systems. Therefore the goal of our work was to study preparation of encapsulated MNPs by elaborated extraction-coacervation technique using synthesized heterofunctional acrylate copolymer. Magnetite MNPs modified by oleic acid were synthesized and used in encapsulation process. Developed encapsulation technique allowed to obtain microcapsules with Fe3O4 nanoparticles encapsulated in paraffin core possessing magnetic properties and covered by heterofuntional copolymer shell.Item Ukrainian students’ political decision making after the Revolution of Dignity(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Shyroka, Anastasia; Kobecka, Dzvenyslava; Danyliv, Roksolana; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityArticle is presented the results of the study students’ decision making on parliamentary elections 2014 in Ukraine. It is showed that revolution events on Maidan did not influence the process of decision making for whom to vote in more meaningful way. More active citizens made the same cognitive errors as less active. But they felt statistically more confident in their choice of parties and deputies, in the quality of back up information, and that in case of failure, they again ready to go to the barricades. The model allowing to define time for which capacity of Ni2+ ions is ful offered. The model assumes use only of empirical parameters reflecting concoction of ions in a firm phase.Item Welded layers microstructure modification on the basis of powder wire Cr10B4 with addition of Al, Mg(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Voitovych, Andriy; Mykhalskyi, Roman; Vlakh, Roman; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe welded layers formed of powder wires PW Cr10B4, PW Cr10B4Al2, PW Cr10B4AlMg were investigated in the course of work. It was defined that Al, Mg applications influence the microstructure grinding and rounding carboboride inclusions. Abrasive wear resistance of the weld materials under the condition of outwearing by a fixed abrasive, unfixed abrasive, as well as shock load, was detected. It was determined that wear resistance of the welded layers with PW Cr10B4AlMg at shock load was 3.5 time higher than that of other weld materials. Based on the generalized data, it has been proved the feasibility of microstructured reactor application for the process of silica surface functionalization in order to carry out the synthesis of innovative sorption materials. The next stage of this research is to develop a mathematical model of the process and its implementation by means of special software environment.Item Numerical solution of parametric optimization of the resonant vibro-impact system with technological limitations(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Gursky, Volodymyr; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe purpose of research: development of method of optimization of the resonance vibro-impact system stiffness parameters with technological limitations of kinematic and dynamic characteristics. The synthesis is based on a numerical dynamic analysis which uses methods of tackling nonlinear differential system of equations. The discrete algorithm of choice-based optimization of synthesized coefficients of asymmetric lump linear stiffness characteristic with limitations imposed on technological parameters and system frequency characteristics is proposed. Ant algorithms- a class meta heuristic methods solving combinatorial optimization problems. The basis of these algorithms responsible behavior of real ants in nature. Ants - a collective beings who build very complex social structure. Their ability to find optimal paths from nest to food sources has attracted the attention of scientists long ago. By submitting information to each other through chemicals including pheromone, ants form a chain of positive feedback. This relationship, in turn, leads to the fact that the ants eventually choose more optimal (short) path to the goal, although at the beginning there were many and they were very different.Item Development of manipulation detecting algorithm as a constituent of the Internet community management system(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Holub, Zoriana; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe aim of the research is to outline main peculiarities of the manipulation in the Internet communities. The research encompasses online communication platforms which support an interactive text communication. In the paper feasibility of exploiting traditional schemes of protection from manipulation in the virtual space is questioned, differences of manipulation in real life and in the Internet communities are made obvious. On the basis of the research the algorithm for detecting manipulation in the Internet communities is suggested. The equation for calculating the hydraulic resistance coefficient of friction of natural gas on the internal surface of the measuring pipeline was developed. The equation for calculating the equivalent roughness of the internal surface of the measuring pipeline was obtained. Simulation carried out in ANSYS FLUENT 15.0. The temperature field and species concentration were obtained.
