Using the determined values of the elastooptical tensor components the acoustooptical quality M2 of β-BaB2O4 crystals has been calculatedItem Epitaxial garnet films for microwave electronics(Видавництво Національного університету «Львівська політехніка», 2002) Yushchuk, Stepan; Yuryev, Sergij; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe technology of growth the substituted yttrium-iron monocrystalline garnet films (YIG) on the monocrystalline substrates of the gallium-gadolinium garnet (GGG) with the orientation (111) by the isotermal dipping method of liquid phase epitaxy was carried out. The penetration of La3+ ions into structure of YIG leads to decreasing of lattice mithmatch between the ferrite film and substrate .The control of growth speed of the epitaxial films on the whole process of growing and application of the compulsory mixing of melt-solution of oxides enables to receive the films with homogeneous thickness and small magnetic losses. In accordance to the method’s assumptions, the relations specifying the potential coefficients for printed circuit with arbitral geometric parameters were determined. Using the Mathcad program, basing on the relations as referred to above, the program was developed for calculation of unitary matrices of parasitic capacities and inductances of printed circuit of mutually parallel lines. In order to verify the developed program operation, the hybrid test printed circuits with different geometric parameters were made. The correctness of calculation procedures within the developed program was experimentally verified using the direct measurement for the capacity and the indirect measurement for the inductance.Item Mechatronic system for pressure control(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2002) Drumea, Petrin; Comes, Mircea; Mirea, Adrian; Dobrin, Dănică; Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research Institute, Bucharest, RomaniaThe mechatronic system, that has been presented in this article, is a force adjustment system through pressure control. As a practical application of this system is the adjustment of the pressing force on a technological line for manufacturing rubber carpets on a textile support. The main condition, required by the technologic process, is to maintain a constant value for the pressing force during the entire process, in order to maintain a constant thickness of the rubber carpet. The mechatronic system is formed from two sub-systems, a hydraulic actuating subsystem and an electronic driving system (servo-controller). The electric signals from the transducers are sent to the servo-controller, for processing. The servo-controller compares the signals with pre-programmed values and drives the electromagnets from the proportional directional valve. By driving the proportional directional valve, the hydraulic system is driving the hydraulic cylinder, resulting the real pressing force, required by the parameters of the technological process.Item Researches of selected electric properties of threonine doped TGS single crystals(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2002) Proszak, Wladysław; Technical University in Rzeszów, PolandThis paper contains results of the researches upon new pyroelectric material: triglycine sulphate doped with threonine. Because of the future application of the new obtained single crystal as the active element of IR detection, temperature characteristics of electric hysteresis loop parameters and pyroelectric coefficient were investigated. To perform this task is necessary to have on the car a black box inaccessible to driver. This can be done using a flow transducer coupled to a smart electronic module. The authors designed a volumetric rotational transducer that contains a Hall sensor. The pulses generated by this sensor as well as driving wheels rotation information are used by an electronic module to calculate total fuel consumption.Item The reflections produced by lumped load of digital signal line(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2002) Golumbeanu, Virgil; Svasta, Paul; Ionescu, Ciprian; University Politehnica BucharestIn interconnection technique of digital circuits in general the matched lines method for reducing the influence of reflections in a view to a good working of interconnected circuits is used. Due to the input capacitance of digital circuits appears a reactance load. Although the matching is very good realized from the viewpoint of the resistive load, there is a reactive mismatching that can produce reflections at high frequency. Using Laplace transformation the reflections produced by parasitic capacitance load will be determined. These reflections will be analyzed depending on the type of the digital circuits and the parameters of the interconnection line. Questions on loads of various characters while alimented with sine – and trapezoidal voltages have been outlined. Basic construction features of both types microcomputer equipped inverters have been discussed, in particular those dealing with a significant number of safety measures and with characteristic attributes of final power stages, determining the behaviour of inverters in various output power conditions.
