Abstract
This paper describes the role of work in the human’s life and mobbing as a negation of personalistic dimension of work. The first part provides a general introduction. The second part refers to the role that work plays in human life and a meaning of personalistic approach to work. The next part is an overview of the mobbing phenomenon as a negation of personalistic
approach to work. The fourth part provides guidance on how to deal with people who have experienced mobbing.
