Abstract
Вивчено поняття “відходи”, “логістика рециклювання”, “реверсивна логістика”, введено
комплексне поняття “техногенні відходи”. Проаналізовано утворення відходів виробництва за
основними групами небезпечних відходів, досліджено обсяги відходів на підприємствах
Львівської області та динаміку поводження з ними. Показано відмінності у поглядах щодо
поводження з відходами та процесами управління відходами. Запропоновано систему логістики
рециклювання у складі механізму регулювання техногенних збитків підприємства та схему
індустріального симбіозу підприємств з метою зменшення техногенних збитків. In the article a concept is studied offcuts, logistic of рециклювання, reversible logistic, a complex
concept is entered technogenic offcuts, which it is suggested to determine as extrass in an atmosphere,
upcasts in water pools, contaminations of environment, liquid and hard industrial offcuts, offcuts of
business and offcuts of consumption of mined-out products of підприємтсва. The analysis of formation
of offcuts of production after the basic groups of hazwastes is conducted, investigational volumes of
offcuts on the enterprises of Lvov обл. and dynamics of handling them. Differences are rotined in looks
in relation to handling offcuts and processes of management offcuts. Grounded system of logistic of
рециклювання in composition of mechanism of adjusting of technogenic losses of enterprise. The model
of choice is developed by the industrial enterprise-producer of effective mechanism in the field of
processing and utilization of own offcuts, extrass and upcasts within the framework of conception of
evolutional economy. It is suggested with the purpose of diminishing of technogenic losses to apply
industrial symbiosis of enterprises as combination of economic patterns, where the offcuts of one
company become raw material for other.
