Abstract

Узагальнені наукові підходи економістів щодо визначення сутності поняття механізму управління виробничим потенціалом підприємства, також розглянуто сутнісні характеристики елементів. На основі проведеного аналізу узагальнено визначення та розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення механізму управління. The article summarizes the scientific approaches of economists to defining the essence of the concept of the mechanism of managing the production potential of the enterprise. The article describes the essential characteristics of the elements of the mechanism of managing of the production potential of the enterprise which is quite complicated. It includes: functions, forms, methods, tools and levers. Modern management mechanism includes both traditional methods and modern management techniques. Recommendations for improving management mechanism are based on the analysis of generalized definitions.
