М.Проаналізовано досвід і найкращі практики міської логістики країн ЄС у сфері перевезення людей та вантажів. Класифіковано рішення на основі вартості відповідних проектів. У результаті аналізу запропоновано рішення у галузі міської логістики для українських міст, які передбачають заходи щодо міських вантажних перевезень та міської мобільності, а також комплексні рішення для місцевих адміністрацій. The paper describes the best practices in urban logistics of the EU cities in the transportation of people and goods The mentioned best practices are classified on the basis of their implementation costs. Key milestones of the EU research projects in logistics and supply chain management are presented, including urban logistics, global supply network coordination and collaboration, corridors, hubs and synchromodality, sustainable, safe and secure supply chains, information systems for interconnected logistics. Appropriate urban logistics solutions for Ukrainian cities are proposed which include measures for urban freight transport and urban mobility, as well as recomendations for local administrations. Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans and Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans must be developed for Ukrainian cities using recommendations and best practices. Infrastructure,legislative, planning, f inancial and “soft” instruments must be used for mobility managenment and urban logistics management. Urban Consoladation Centers are regarded as a good decision for many cities but can`t be organized in Ukrainian cities nowadays.Item Якісні зміни ринкового та інвестиційного середовища вітчизняних підприємств і маркетингові проблеми розвитку їхньої діяльності на внутрішньому і закордонних ринках збуту(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Мних, О. Б.Охарактеризовано якісні зміни в ринковому середовищі функціонування і розвитку українського бізнесу. Акцентовано увагу на посиленні процесів євроінтеграції, нагромадженні зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз, що вимагає істотних змін у маркетинговій політиці підприємств та в їхній діяльності на вітчизняних і закордонних ринках збуту. Визначено причини низької ефективності українських компаній на ринках країн ЄС після введення для країни нульового мита для експортних поставок. Доведено необхідність комплексного вирішення маркетингових проблем для покращення ринкових позицій підприємств з врахуванням їх доступності до інвестиційних ресурсів та обмежень з боку фінансових інституцій. The article given characteristic qualitative changes in the market environment, operation and development of Ukrainian business. The attention is focused on strengthening the process of European integration, accumulation of external and internal threats, requiring significant changes in the marketing policy of companies and their activities on domestic and foreign markets. Identified causes of low efficiency of Ukrainian companies in the EU markets after entering the country for zero duties for exports. The article analyzes the state of funding of higher educational universities of Ukraine, elaborated literary sources and legal acts governing the financing of education and science. The article outlines areas for further development theme.Item Інструменти оцінювання ефективності, гнучкості та адаптивності управління якістю підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Шуляр, Р. В.Досліджено сферу сучасних методичних підходів та розроблених інструментів з оцінювання ефективності систем управління (менеджменту) якістю підприємств. Обґрунтовано важливість коректного та комплексного оцінювання систем управління якістю для визначення гнучкості окремих методів управління якістю та адаптивності системи менеджменту якості на підприємствах. На засадах узагальнення наявних розробок з оцінювання систем управління якістю та з урахуванням результатів оцінювання діючих систем управління якістю на підприємствах запропоновано системний трирівневий підхід до оцінювання гнучкості методів управління якістю та адаптивності системи менеджменту якості підприємств. Еfficiency, flexibility and adaptability estimation of quality management. Contemporary methodological approaches and tools developed with the evaluation of the effectiveness of quality management systems are researched in the article. Proved the importance of correct evaluation of quality management systems to determine certain flexibility of management quality and adaptability of the QMS. On the basis of summarizing current developments assessment of QMS based on the results and evaluation of existing systems of quality management system is proposed three-tiered approach to the evaluation of quality management flexibility and adaptability quality management system. The growth of interest in modern methods of quality management, high activity of international organizations who are developing standards for quality management systems, allow speaking about development of this area of management. Simultaneously with the development and emergence of novelties many questions arise concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of modern methods of quality management systems improvement. These characteristics of systems form among others the requirement to flexibility and adaptability of management systems, flexibility of quality management methods in the context of the implementation and application of international quality standards. The existence of the process of transition from mechanisms of revealed shortcomings in available procedures of quality systems to the mechanisms of these systems adaptability is known. That is, when signs of flexibility level reduction of QMS appear, when available and used techniques do not provide of appropriate flexibility in solving problems or support of the work from quality, the possibility of introducing or involvement of more flexible methods of quality management should be considered. In other words flexibility is formed and defined by using specific methods, and adaptability – by the change of those methods by other more flexible, depending on the situation, methods and techniques of quality management. This article is directed on the study of relationship between flexibility and adaptability of quality management systems and international standards of quality. The release of the official version of new ISO 9001: 2015 sparked a wave of publications with several reflections, opinions and expectations. The changes proposed in the new version of the standard, which its authors formulate as the most important for modern management system relate number of important components of the management of the organization. These changes are dictated by the large volume and depth of transformation that occurred in recent years in management. Transformations caused by several key factors, both internal and external, to which organizations, their management systems can answer only by the growing role of adaptability and flexibility of management. The author presented instruments and tools that can reduce the probability that the food which is harmful to the people, environment and the company will enter the market.Item Імітаційне моделювання зовнішньої та внутрішньої логістики медичного закладу(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Фігун, Н. В.; Дзелендзяк, Ю. А.Розглянуто аспекти логістичної діяльності медичного закладу. Сформульовано класифікацію підходів до побудови імітаційної моделі внутрішньої та зовнішньої логістики медичного закладу. Структуризовано імітаційну модель зовнішньої та внутрішньої логістики медичного закладу. Визначено параметри формування імітаційної моделі та її обмеження. Запропоновано два принципово відмінні підходи до формування імітаційних моделей відповідно до специфіки поставлених задач. Розроблено схему отримання, перетворення і виведення даних щодо логістичних потоків для створення імітаційної моделі. Проаналізовано переваги та недоліки використання нейронних мереж та генетичних алгоритмів для структурної реалізації імітаційної моделі. The logistics aspects of medical institution have been considered. Approach’s classification of simulation model’s creation of inner and external logistics has been formed. The medical institution’s simulation model of inner and external logistics structuring has been realized. The parameters’ of simulation model’s forming have been determined. The two fundamentally different approaches to simulation model’s forming according to specific character of posed tasks have been suggested. The scheme of receiving, transformation and data’s output for simulation model’s creation was developed. The advantages and disadvantages of neural nets and genetic algorithms using for structural realization of simulation model have been analyzed.Item Критерії оцінювання ефективності технології водопідготовки водойм громадського використання(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Струтинська, Л. Р.; Андрусів, С. В.Проаналізовано сучасні інноваційні технології водопідготовки водойм громадського використання, запропоновано методику порівняння їх ефективності. Основою методики є розрахунок і порівняння показника Кеф ефективності водоочищення, який органічно поєднує економічні та соціальні чинники. Для визначення показника Кеф розроблено відповідну математичну залежність. Методика порівняльного оцінювання технологій водопідготовки для очищення водойм широкого громадського використання об’єктивно відображає переваги / недоліки різних методів очищення водойм. За запропонованою методикою можна визначити найоптимальніший спосіб водоочищення. The analysis of modern innovative technologies of public water reservoirs usage is carried out, and the method of comparing their performance is suggested. The basis of a methodology is calculation and the Kef index of water purification efficiency comparison, which organically combines the economic and social factors. For the determination of Kef index mathematical dependency is developed. The technique of comparative assessment of water treatment technologies for clean water, extensive public use of objectively reflects the advantages / disadvantages of different methods of cleaning water. А.Проаналізовано традиційні методи дослідження впливу різних чинників на ринкову ціну і запропоновано нові методи моделювання цінового простору для дослідження з використанням кількісних шкал вимірювання. The traditional methods of research of influencing of different factors are analysed on a market price and offered new method of design of price space for realization of research with the use of quantitative scales of measuring.
